From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. All items purchased are good value and the staff are very helpful.
BUT The tills are situated on very high and very small stands.
This makes it hard for elderly customers to have to lift up heavy items to be scanned.
I have complained about this before but my concerns have been ignored!!!!!!

They are very helpful with heavy sacks of food,& its put in the car for me. There is always a happy face at the till & you're not rushed.I always find what I need at Jollys.

Staff are great but sort pay desk
Staff are great and always so helpful and informed. My one issue is with the height of the pay desk which can pose a health and safety risk to customers trying to hoist weighty, tinned dog meat or sacks of kibble for scanning. Please Jolleys sort before you're sued!

Dry cat food
I was looking for a specific dry cat food and couldn’t see it on the shelves. An assistant was most obliging, looked with me and then went to find out if it was available. It wasn’t but I appreciated the effort the assistant put in. Thank you
