Friendly helpful staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Always carries the large bag of dog food to my car for me which is very helpful.

Brilliant place every thing in one place.
The only thing that bothers a lot of fur babies parents are prices of stuff especially in cost of living prices.
Some prices are reasonable.
I shop a lot for my fur babies and do worry about keeping them in meals and everything else.

Absolutely love this place, the products are huge!! Lots to choose from with the majority of pets. The staff are brilliant and knowledgeable, the place is clean and tidy always and the price is competitive.

Staff seem to have little knowledge about pricing, the price on the shelf and till did not match the price on website. When questioned the staff had no idea and did not attempt to find out for sure of offer a solution for the mistake.

On a separate occasion also to do with staff pricing up a deal in store before it had actually started. When asked about it the response from a staff member was.
“ what the hell are you talking about?”

As a result I have now stopped our relationship with jollies

Friendly and helpful, still smiling despite having a few technical difficulties.
