My in store shop was fine with helpful assistants. However, I tried to buy the 12kg of Grainfree dog food on line on two different days but the payment section just kept buffering. Very frustrating. Also very disappointed to see my local Jollyes in Crews Hill is up for sale so I will have to buy from a different source in the future.

Lots of great offers and a great selection. Stocked up for the bird whilst getting the cat food.

Simply the best. Have used them for over 30 years

Great store for all your pet needs and helpful staff

Very good pet store, good selection of stuff, always well stocked and they have a loyalty discount scheme that is automatic so you don't have to choose vouchers or go online etc. And no problem with parking or trolleys, just very convenient to use. Friendly staff too.

I came upon an exceptionally helpful employee who noticed I was finding it tricky to carry bulky bags of hay to the till. I wish I could remember his name. He ferried them to the till and then helped me load them into my car. It was raining so I was glad not to have to make multiple trips. Also when the till threw up a price that was wrong, almost twice what was on the label on the shelf, he quickly sorted out that problem.

I bought most of the tinned food I needed for my dog. Unfortunately the mixed flavours of Winalot was not available.

Very helpful staff and accommodating especially as I had our newly rescued and slightly nervous dog with me.

After having spoken to a customer services advisor, I picked out a great food for my cat which is higher in animal proteins and a lot cheaper than the mainstream brands. And the cat loves it!

I was disappointed with the lack of smaller buckets of the bird seed balls,i don’t need a huge bucket, half a dozen will last me about a year. Also I couldn’t find the hanging half coconut.or the block seed,I’m 89 years old and my memory is failing,I can’t remember what it’s called but I’ve bought it in the past from your store.I would also have liked a better selection of the loose seeds.

I was buying cat food both wet and dry, some specialist types. Very good on prices and range. However, stock of some lines running low last time, hadn't been restocked, which was disappointing.
