Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. I have been a customer since the store…
I have been a customer since the store opened in Cookstown. I can't use the points I have accumulated. Since I created my account on your application, every time I try to log in, it tells me that I don't have an account, to create a new account. When I use my only email, the application tells me that there is already 1 account with that email. In short, no account, no points and the solution they gave me in the store was to create a new account with a new email. My solution is to stop going to the store, as I do not want or need to create a new email and in addition, I will lose all the points I have to date.
