I find the staff very helpful and the dog food I get from Jollyes which I can only get there is very nutritious and good for my dogs

I had a vet appointment and they were quick and efficient.

The people who work in the store are very helpful and I joined the Jollyes club card which is online and the lady serving me explained how it worked and the benefits of the card.

My dog loves the vegetarian chews and frozen yoghurt. Always friendly service in this store

The young lady that assisted us in our enquiry regarding a tortoise pen (not the lady that served us at the till, although bright and cheerful)
She was extremely helpful, and having two tortoises herself, was very interested in sharing advise etc, loveley personally and very heloful

its a good shop, lovely service too! i just wish they'd sell bigger hamster cages but its also great they stopped selling pets.

Young man who was booking us in to the vets was obviously not interested and I found him rude so I left the shop. The usual lady is so good at her job. Please bring her back.
