From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. Pip at the Cadbury store
Pip at the Cadbury store, Congresbury, showed the best customer and genuine service I've ever experienced.
I was running late due to traffic and needed to get dog food. I called the store 10 minutes before closing, and Pip, in a kind tone, asked instantly what I needed so she could have it ready despite closing in so soon - I got delayed further but still with a joyful energy Pip happily helped and we had a cheerful conversation despite it being after the time of closure. Pip was so lovely and ensured my dog got her food and it is greatly appreciated. Fully recommend this store - and the experience will be better if Pip is there to help.

Fussy husky, amazing good
I have a very fussy husky and I was recommended a dog food from Jollyes in Cadbury Garden Centre from a friend, and I wanted to check if I tried a dog food and my dog didn’t like it that I was able to return it, the helpful assistant said I could. The food I was also looking to purchase (lifestage) she advised was popular and not many people bring it back. Lo and behold it’s work and my dog loves it! I will be returning to purchase more and thanks to her for asking if I am a member, she signed me and now I get a little discount so thank you :)
