Avoid this website — very misleading.
I was initially told that I would receive £20 cashback into my account. After entering my bank details as requested, instead of receiving cashback, around £18 was deducted from my account.
I tried to request a refund, but there is no clear refund option available, only a cancellation option. I have not tried the cancellation option yet, so I cannot comment on what happens after cancellation.
Based on my experience, I found the offer extremely misleading and would advise others to be very careful before entering their payment details.

Every review you see here is 100% accurate. **This company is a complete scam.**
They claim that I have an account with them, even though **I have never created an account or subscribed to their service.** Despite this, they have been charging my card monthly for a service I never signed up for or authorized.
What makes this even more concerning is how difficult it is to understand what is actually happening until you experience it yourself. At first, everything may seem normal, and you may not realize anything is wrong until you notice unauthorized charges on your card.
**Please be extremely careful and do your research before providing them with your information or payment details.** I strongly recommend checking your bank and credit-card statements carefully if you have ever interacted with this company.
Honestly, if you are reading these reviews because you are trying to figure out whether something is wrong, there is a good chance you are already dealing with the same issue.

Scam company they said first 3 days free for a membership and promised £20 cash back on my ticket after I signed up they immediately took £18 out of my bank and give no way to cancel the subscription so this month they took another £18 I would like to cancel my subscription and get my money back because I paid for a service and didn’t receive it.

I had a very concerning experience with JoinFansClub / FansClubZone.com.
Yesterday, while I was logging into my Lyft account portal, a popup/offer appeared promoting a discount. I thought it was a legitimate offer that could give me a discount on a future Lyft ride, so I registered.
Shortly afterward, my credit card company contacted me about a transaction that they considered suspicious. The message specifically asked whether I had made a purchase at:
**“FANSCLUB.COM TBC in CAMARILLO, CA for $26.40”**
They asked me to reply **VALID** or **FRAUD**.
I did **not knowingly authorize this $26.40 purchase**. I normally use my credit card to pay Lyft in Canada, so my credit card company also found it suspicious that a charge suddenly appeared from a US merchant in Camarillo, California.
I reported the transaction as fraud. As a precaution, my credit card company advised me to **replace my credit card with a new one** in case there were any additional unauthorized charges.
I registered because I believed I was signing up for a discount offer. I did not understand that I was authorizing a $26.40 charge from FANSCLUB.COM.
This was a very concerning experience, and I want other consumers to be aware of what happened to me.
**My advice: be extremely careful before registering or providing your credit card information to JoinFansClub / FansClubZone.com. Read all payment and subscription terms very carefully before proceeding.**
I will definitely not use this service.

Couldn't get my cancer medications because of this fraud company!!!!
I didnt even sign up to them. All I did was go to their website and decided was a scam so did not join. They still somehow got my card info and chatged m3. Because of this my cancer medications bounced and so I could not get my treatment. I am currently in the hospital spitting up blood and peeing blood because of this.
My card is a prepaid so that is why there was no longer room. I told them and they didnt care. They put a hold on the card so Koho can not refund it back to me. HUGE SCAM!!!!

Do not even do the free trail. I cancel the trail the same day. Had to go back and cancel again because they left a holding charge on my account. Even after the confirmation of the cancel they still charged my account. This is a complete scam. They will keep charging you and not give you a refund
