This is the third time I've used the Johnsons cleaners at Burton road Derby, The warm and welcome greeting you get is outstanding, I've used them for my business uniforms and they have so far always excelled having the dry cleaning completed usually in advance, this is a busy unit yet It's not just me the friendly service everyone receives is refreshing. Sue Jenny and the team are fantastic, and Samantha who does the alterations pretends to be disinterested but is a joy to chat too.

Efficient, professional and friendly- nothing is too much trouble and their customer service is 'second to none'.
I can't rate this team highly enough for their dry cleaning service, repairs and being a parcel collection point.

Don’t use this Dry Cleaners. The Wilmslow branch left a red fibre tip pen in the machine from a previous wash (so clearly don’t check or clean between washes) and my white wash is completely ruined.
They now refused to compensate me in full despite seeing where the bedding is from. Appalling attitude and customer service from their HQ. Theyve just lost a good customer.

HAILSHAM - Had 3 x Suits cleaned last week. The assistant was helpful and found the cheapest way to launder 8 pieces...very impressed.

This was my first visit to the Rochdale branch and i'm So happy with how my wedding dress looks and my bridesmaids dresses. i was so nervous about taking them to be altered but the team were so nice and made me feel at ease and looked after my beautiful dress. the bridesmaid dress was a size 8 and needed taking to less than a size 4 and the lady did this so perfectly it just looks like it was always that size. So happy and i'm taking my other bridesmaid dresses there too. The girls that work there are amazing, Thank you so much.

I have visited the branch in Rochdale twice over the last 3 weeks and I am extremely happy with the service I received. The staff that served me are excellent ambassadors for the company and were very polite and informative. I had two pairs of pants altered and two suits cleaned. The alteration was perfect and the products that I had cleaned looked amazing. I feel very lucky to be able to access this service.

I wanted to share the excellent performance of your Manager Anne at the Sainsburys St Albans store. She was very helpful and professional in dealing with me. I took the pelmet from my curtains to be cleaned and was told that the colour could be different to the curtains if they were not cleaned at the same time. The spring cleaning offer of 30% was brilliant and encouraged me to,have further curtains cleaned.

Sarah in the Sidmouth Branch of Johnson cleaners / repairs was so incredibly helpful and professional. She really went the extra mile in terms of customer service, best service I have ever received!

1 year ago I took 2 £300 pound coats to Johnsons cleaners in Bolton Greater Manchester there Burnden park store to be cleaned after taking them home the bottom part of the sleeve was hanging off they sewed it up then it came undone they did it again on a designer coat the quality of the repair is herendous ! A year later Tuesday 18th Of December 2018 I thought I would give them another try 2 coats 1 shirt could of had another item cleaning for the same price but It wasnt worth going home to collect another one Picked them up yesterday Wednesday 19th December were in bags so brought them home 6.5 miles each way I was taking them out of the bags I got the biggest shock ever all dirty marks covering the outside of both coats wasnt able to get through to the store so emailed the MANAGING DIRECTOR OF JOHNSONS WITH PICTURES AS PROOF and the shop the shop said bring them back and g an extra item as goodwill which I could of done anyway as its 4 items for £20 as a priority customer so not really being generous Just had to wipe both coats down with wet cloth and sponge them down and dry over radiators PRIORITY CLUB MEMBERSHIP CARD IN THE BIN HAVE PICTURES AS PROOF shame i cannot upload them on here :( Have uploaded 1 of the pictures of my coat as my main profile picture !

I have been a loyal customer of Johnsons on Cross Street in Manchester for many years now. One of the main reasons I return again and again is the excellent staff especially Emma who is fantastic at her job. They remember you each time you visit and make you feel like a valued customer. Good prices and they always ensure 100% customers satisfaction or they will make sure it is rectified if not. Being a johnsons priority club member gives you a year round discount which is great also.

Visited the Bar Hill (Cambridge) shop. Brilliant turn round on having curtains dry cleaned quickly and what service from the Staff, in particular, Sarah - so very cheerful and friendly and went through everything carefully. Even on the Monday morning when I collected the items, the staff were friendly and smiley. Will definitely use them again and happy to give this review.

We have been dealing with Johnsons The Cleaners for very many years and have always been entirely satisfied. This past week we were in the shop on Leeds Road in Harrogate where we were served by a delightful young lady who was courteous, happy in her work and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend Johnstons The Cleaners as the one to use for all your cleaning needs, a first class experience.

Great service every time from the Bedford store.

Lovely staff at my local johnsons (Flitwick)! Very friendly and helpful! They always exceed my expectations! 100% recommend! FANTASTIC quick service, always with a smile!

As a priority club member I get 4 items for £20 and is very useful for my work clothes. Half the price of my local independent dry cleaners.

The one down side is that not all of the benefits are open to me. As I don't have the suit carrier. The company seems not to have any, at least in the area.
