Disgraceful service. 7 months wasted on a custom order
Absolutely appalled by the service from John Preston Healthcare. I paid in full for a custom wheelchair in July 2025. They claimed my order could take between 6 - 12 weeks for delivery depending on production time. In Nov 2025 they told me Sunrise had come back to them saying they had some supply issues with some components for the chair.
I was strung along for SEVEN MONTHS with vague updates about "supply issues" from their manufacturer .In February 2026, they finally admitted they can't build the chair and cancelled the order. I have lost over half a year waiting for a chair that was never coming. For a company dealing in medical necessities, this lack of urgency and transparency is dangerous and insulting.
Do not trust them with custom orders. You will wait months only to be let down.
