Jobstep was a huge help in my job search! They helped me make a wonderful resume, coached me on interview questions, and found a whole list of relevant and exciting jobs.

It was an interactive process. I was able to land multiple interviews. Including one for a job title I was struggling to get interviews for on my own.

The whole process was so helpful and amazing! Eleanor was great to work with and I was so happy with the work they did. I would definitely work with them again in the future. I didn't get a lot of interviews, but I believe there are multiple factors that went into that and I wouldn't put it all on JobStep. It was also a pilot program and they are still learning and adjusting to make it the best experience for all, which I fully believe they have and will do!
