I was anxious from the beginning as I didn't think as a single mom of 3 I could make it. Even though there were challenges and mountains to climb during the process, she stayed positive, hopeful and was very supportive throughout. Right from the beginning we were very comfortable in the presence of Chris Jackson which for me breaks the ice and the daunting prospect of Mortgages, he made us feel welcome and not in the way. As the process progresses good clear communication was evident from Chris he asked for documents and his anticipation of what underwriters ask or would potentially ask was already addressed, I found the whole process both exciting and with trepidation waiting but when that call came late evening saying we were made an offer by the lender I was actually stunned and overwhelmed and I conveyed that to my partner she was the same.
