These guys are ridiculous! Their email promises a refund policy but then when you actually attempt to utilize it they decide to throw a ALL SALES FINAL webpage at you. They are also snarky asshats that don't want to actually help, they just want to fill your computer with viruses for $6. I'm just happy I paid through a guest paypal so they couldn't have access to my card information!

this site is simply a pure scam, we can't have the sims 4 on origin because they sell hacker versions, swear to you

This site is a whole scam do not waste your money i bought 2 expansion packs for sims 4 and shortly after the sent me a .
Message about stuff they never mentioned before I purchased I've been asking for my money back for 2 days straight but now it looks like I have to report this matter to PayPal to Investigate their gonna give me back my damn money

You will see the following message underlined on the
jl-games.com storepage whenever you view a game before purchasing it:

"Online use and multi-player is NOT available with this version. The key code is for single-player only. Please do not purchase if you want to use the game online."

The reason why online use isn't available for any of these games is because each one is a pirated copy, and not an authentic version.

This is lame for two reasons:

1. jl-games is profiting from the hard work of developers without compensating them for their efforts.
2. If you, the consumer, wanted to download a pirated version of a game, you can do that for free.

My advice? Stay well away.

Scam website that sells files full of viruses, Trojans, and all kinds of nasty stuff to spy on and steal your files and money. You have no chance of getting a refund from them since they are liars who say they have a refund and cancelation policy but then link you to a page on their website that says all sales are final. Complete scam website that everyone should avoid unless they want their life ruined by these spineless nobodies.

Ordered the Sims 4 bundle online. Instructions were clear, even for beginners like me. Customer service returned my emails immediately and stayed with me until my new drivers were installed. Excellent service. Great game!

I bought a sims 4 game pack, I hadn’t realised until they sent me an email to confirm my order that it couldn’t be used on origin - so I sent a polite email if they could cancel my order - as I had yet to receive the code yet, I had given multiple reasons to cancel and eventually they kept giving reasons to not cancel and saying I could use modded content instead of going online. I told them I don’t like using mods on my computer. I was then sent a very snarky email back. I haven’t even been given the code and they refuse to refund my money. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

They are absolute scum that sell cracked and most likely infected with viruses and trojans software and games. Avoid and spread the word!

These are cracked games and are illegal. The website and its owners need to be shutdown and prosecuted.

Absolutely terrible website, with even worse customer service. I purchased a Sims 4 game (a single player game) which I often use in offline mode. It was stated on the website that you wouldn't be able to use the game in online mode, absolutely fine. After I had paid, I received an email stating that I wouldn't be able to download through Origin which is where all of my games are stored and how my game updates, and would have to use their program, something which is not stated on their website. The email stated that if I was unhappy I could request a refund, which I did. I was met with a rather rude and unprofessional response, where they suggested using all sorts of different websites. I asked politely if I could please just have the money refunded and was given a very sarcastic and rude response, they proceeded to tell me that refunds were only given for multiplayer games and that the email is generically sent and not meant for every game. How can you send a generic email out and then change your mind when it doesn't suit you? I have now lost my money and had to repurchase elsewhere so that I can use Origin properly. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, TOTAL SCAM!

Extremely bad service, they send you the game download through email, which is extremely sketchy. They offer you a refund, when you purchase the game, and send you an email saying that you can cancel the order, but when I went to cancel the order, after asking a question, they refused to send me a refund, and said it was only for multiplayer games, which doesnt make any sense. NEVER purchase any product from this website, unless you have absolutely no care about being scammed.
