Genius product, amazing service
Quite apart from the genius of this method of providing underfloor heating, laying the pipe directly into the existing floor, I was very impressed by the whole process, from quotation to specification and on to installation.
My thanks to Courtney, Josh and Lewis for the support through sales and specification and to Cam, Jonny and Steve for outstanding work on the day and for leaving the house so clean behind them.

Installation/Service review
This review is for the installation (yet to have the system up and running as the kitchen work is still underway!)
The ordering/installation process with JK Flooring was extremelly good, very helpful staff and very efficient.
On installation day, the engineers were also really helpful and efficient and had the work done in a few hours.
Can't wait to try it out when the rest of the kitchen is done :)

'Turn key' installation
We like the fact that we can hand over the installation of UFH pipe, manifold and Flexseal to the JK team, agree pipe runs and centres and come back to a completed job the next day.

Superb from start to finish from the whole team. I'm really pleased i've gone with this company and their version of UFH. Courtney Belcher was fantastic over the phone explaining everything and was quick to reply via email over any queries or concerns. Dale Dunbavin who came all the way from the northwest branch to the midlands was fantastic on the day of fitting. explained everything clearly as the job went on. Great communication and was very hard working and he did a lovely clean job. He also kept his workspace clean tidy as he went along. This company needs to advance its social media presence because people need to know more about how fantastic this ufh heating process is compared to these retro fit stuff. A++

Highly recommended
We recently had an underfloor heating system installed by JK Flooring, and the experience from start to finish was excellent.
From the initial quote and detail stage, Courtney was fantastic – always polite, responsive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. She made the early stages of the process smooth and reassuring.
Graham then took over the project management side of the install. We did run into some unexpected underlying issues along the way, and at one point we almost gave up on the project altogether. However, Graham always found a way through, offering practical solutions and recommending excellent third parties where needed. His persistence and problem-solving made all the difference.
The actual installation was carried out by Kai, who we honestly can’t speak highly enough of. He was an absolute pleasure to work with, extremely professional, and did a fantastic job. His attention to detail and attitude really stood out.
Overall, it was a great experience from a great team. Thank you to everyone at JK Flooring – we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

Excellent process
Excellent process - clear quote, gave me lots of information on the system and why it works on uninsulated slabs (now it's in I can confirm it works a treat), prior to installation I had really good support from the team as there was an issue with the manifold and they were able to work it out. The installation went really well, two young guys who were brilliant worked quickly, left the place as they arrived. Worked well with my heating engineer.

Found JK Flooring by accident and ……
Found JK Flooring by accident after much research and am really delighted that we did. During the summer they were on site and installed 50 sqm into a barn conversion from 2006 that we were refurbishing. We really didn’t want any height build up considering the kitchen units were still very much useable and JK seemed the way to go. Combined with a heat pump and tiled flooring installed on top and set up,as one zone with the existing radiators. We only really got to understand the real benefit from November onwards when it turned cold and it has worked brilliantly - the areas done are continually warm and cosy. From quote to installation everything was smooth and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team.
