Brilliant company! Jason and his team moved my daughter into her new flat and took such good care of her things. Turned up bang on time and no extra charges. We had a great experience with JJ Removals. We needed a removal firm at relatively short notice and from first contact through to completion of the job received a first class service at a competitive rate. Jason and the team are personable, efficient and hard working. They packed up and unloaded all our stuff quickly but with great care and we had no breakages or things go missing. Nothing was too much trouble and the guys worked with a smile on their face throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend JJ Removals, they are brilliant.

We moved with Jason and his colleagues on the Friday of the August bank holiday.
When I first contacted him he got back to me quickly and no question was too much or too silly.

We opted for the full packing and removal service and could not have been happier. Everything was packaged really well, we had no breakages or anything during the move and all furniture was rebuilt in such a way as you’d never know it hadn’t been moved whole! It was like our stuff had been teleported to our new house!

Jason and his team worked tirelessly and efficiently and on top of all that were really friendly and lovely. They became part of our household for the days they were with us.

When we moved my baby was 10 months old and they were very accommodating of her meal times, nap times etc.

Everything was very smooth on the day of my move and I had full confidence that all of my items would arrive safely in my new property. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! They were absolutely amazing, cleared our entire house in one load, moved everything to the new house and placed it in whichever room we asked, also sat for what felt like years just waiting for us to be able to get the keys... they then took everything we needed binning, despite it being more than we originally said, without any hassle or complaint and barely a change in the price quoted to us either. Even took a chair we didn't realise we didn't want until we moved!

They made the move day go 1000000% smoother and better than I could ever have hoped for.

Jason was brilliant from start to finish. Arrived on time and loaded our considerable amount of stuff efficiently and with care. All his team were friendly and considerate. Little things like taking their shoes off when taking things upstairs in our new place.
They even did an extra trip in the van to get all our stuff across.
Price quoted was the price paid.

Will be recommending to our friends and family.

Throughout the process of our house move Jason and his team were most helpful, polite and efficient.
We requested a packing service which was carried out the day before our move and we were really glad we did. Even with our “downsizing” the guys worked flat out from 11.00 in the morning until 8.00 at night carefully boxing up all our possessions.
Moving day went as well as we could have hoped and Jason’s calm and unflappable manner really helped take the stress out of the day for us.
Early in the day Jason alerted us to the possibility that not all of the items would fit in the two removal vans but “don’t worry - I will sort things out for you” and he did. An extra round trip of 25 miles saw Jason return with the extra items. Another long day for Jason’s three man team but two very happy customers. Thank you JJ Removals.

From the start, Jason was professional and extremely prompt in all dealings and responses and put my mind at ease. He beat all the other companies in reply times by a few days which was needed in my case.
On move day Jason and his team arrived early and packed the house in an hour (all contents boxed and wrapped already) and they were polite, professional and quick! My move was from Manchester to London and they were self sufficient and chatty and made the day really fun and relaxing. They looked after all our belongings well and did some additional items in the house before leaving.
I would HIGHLY recommend them and I’m completely independent - but this type of proactive enthusiasm really needs supporting and I hope this business grows in the years to come.

After reviewing quotes from multiple movers, we decided to employ the services of JJ removals Ltd. Jason and his team are highly professional and handled everything for us which took a lot of stress and worry out of the day.

Honestly, I was stressing about the required time we needed to be out (1pm) and how much time we would need and I should have listened to Jason, who estimated that we'd need to be out realistically from 3pm, as our seller wasn't even packed by the time we arrived with the first load!

The team that arrived to pack our house also helped negotiate with the seller that we could unload into the garage and go back for our other load without any loss of time to ourselves. They were careful, considerate and respectful treating our belongings more carefully that I had when packing.

If I ever need to move again, JJ removals Ltd will be my first call, I highly recommend their service.
