Джонни нам порекомендовал знакомый, который давно живёт в Лондоне, и это тот случай, когда рекомендация реально экономит деньги, нервы и недели жизни.

Задача звучала просто, но только не для Лондона: найти квартиру в районе Old Street, рядом с работой, на неопределённый срок.

Сначала мы, как все нормальные люди, решили «да сами справимся». Позвонили в агентства, написали, посмотрели объявления на сайтах. Ситуацию поняли очень быстро: часть агентств не отвечает, часть отвечает так, будто мы им должны, а объявления иногда живут собственной жизнью: квартира может быть «в наличии» только как приманка для звонков.

Поняли, что нам нужна помощь с переездом в Лондон и арендой квартиры.

Когда дошло до решения подключать relocation agency, поначалу напрягала стоимость услуг, так как по меркам Казахстана она кажется высокой. Но после первого столкновения с лондонским рынком стало ясно, что здесь платишь либо деньгами специалисту, либо временем и нервами, и в итоге деньгами все равно переплачиваешь.

Джонни был с нами от начала до конца: спокойно, вежливо, тактично и без драм. Он объяснял каждый шаг человеческим языком, держал процесс в руках и был нашими глазами, руками и официальным представителем интересов на месте. И что самое главное - он умеет дожимать: грамотно, методично, профессионально. В Лондоне это ключевой навык: когда рынок перегрет, спрос огромный, а так называемый «сервис» у многих агентств оставляет желать лучшего.

Отдельно отмечу, что Джонни всегда был на связи: отвечал быстро, терпеливо разъяснял все непонятные моменты, а вопросов у нас было много, потому что лондонская аренда и местные правила часто устроены «не как ожидаешь».

Самый показательный эпизод случился уже после того, как мы въехали. Ключи выдали, всё вроде отлично, и вдруг агентство, через которое шла аренда, куда-то пропало и никак не оформляло контракт. На этом месте многие махнули бы рукой: «ну вы же уже живёте, все ок, контракт потом пришлют». Джонни не махнул. Он давил до последнего, нашёл руководство, лендлорда и даже собирался подключить регулирующие органы, чтобы представитель агентства наконец очухался и радостно взялся доделывать свои обязанности. В итоге документы довели до конца, и всё стало правильно и спокойно.

А ещё Джонни помог именно по-человечески. В день переезда он фактически подготовил квартиру к жизни: организовал уборку и купил предметы первой необходимости. Когда ты приезжаешь в новую страну, и у тебя в квартире уже есть туалетная бумага, полотенца, подушки и даже Fairy - это кажется пустяком только тем, кто ни разу не переезжал.

Параллельно Джонни помог с тем, что обычно выглядит «как второстепенные задачи», пока не попробуешь сделать это без опыта: счета за квартиру (электричество, отопление, вода, интернет), оформление council tax, подсказки по открытию банковского счёта и ещё куча нюансов, которые в Лондоне очень легко превращаются из мелкого вопроса в большую проблему.

Это даже не «рекомендация», а моя персональная гарантия за Джонни. Не будем перечислять всё, что он сделал, так как получится роман, а не отзыв. Скажем так: в процессе были моменты, когда мы понимали, что без человека на месте всё бы либо развалилось, либо растянулось на неопределённый срок.

Если вам нужен relocation-агент, который не исчезает, не «кормит обещаниями», не путает вас в бумагах и реально ведёт к результату - идите к Джонни.
