Isaac was brilliant from start to finish. Really attentive and helpful answering all my questions before I made the booking and did a great job of setting up all the equipment, thinking through set-up and space restrictions, plus the quality and sound of the equipment was fantastic. Will definitely be back to J&I Sounds the next time I'm putting on an event.

To upgrade our event in East London, we hired DJ equipment from them. Not only was the price highly reasonable and the DJ equipment top-notch, but their cooperativeness and friendliness were also wonderful. Additionally, they arrived right on time to set up the DJ equipment, and in a very humble and polite manner, easily explained how to use it. We hired a PA package for our wedding at Brunswick house - the team couldn't have been easier to work with. The price was reasonable, and everything was taken care of promptly and without us having to worry in the slightest, would definitely recommend!

We hired the number 7 lighting package for our wedding at The Depot N7 in north London. Isaac quoted us far cheaper than any other supplier we spoke to and the service was excellent. It was installed at the venue before arrival and it was very simple to turn on which our venue staff did. It was then collected in a timely manner at the end of the night. Everything looked fantastic and really added that special something to our evening disco. Thanks for the professionalism.

We used Isaac of J & I Sounds to provide a large TV screen, stand and appropriate connectivity for a big family celebration that we held in Brunswick House. he could not have been more helpful. He provided a competitive quote and answered every question without delay. On the day itself he set up everything up well in advance and sent me photos of what he had done so that I could approve the location of the screen. Thanks to Isaac, everything went extremely well without a hitch.

Isaac and his team made a stressful situation so much easier, had to sort equipment last minute and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The team were super responsive from the start, communication was clear and quick, and they really went out of their way to help. The pricing was more than fair, especially considering how last-minute everything was, and nothing felt like too much trouble for them. They were flexible, accommodating, and just genuinely helpful throughout the whole process.

Yet he went super above and beyond to help me with some issues I was having resolved issue and couldn’t have been a nicer kinder person. For our charity gala at the Caledonian Club, we enlisted J&I Sounds, and everything proceeded without a hitch. The gear was in excellent shape, and our attendees were delighted. Communication with the company was always straightforward, and their delivery and collection services were top-notch. We’re definitely planning to use their services again next year.

He took the time to chat with us and any question we had he was able to answer with care and patience. He was able to read the room and play excellent choices to suit a very diverse family. 10/10 would recommend!

Totally couldn’t recommend Isaac more. I rented a bunch of lights and a smoke machine for a party (I had my own speakers) and he even let me borrow a mic for free. He was speedy in communicating, the prices were really competitive and he helped me get everything setup and showed me how to use it all. Fully recommend!
