I Cannot Recommend Jimmy's Highly Enough.
The service you receive from Jimmy's is great. Their Customer Service team are brilliant, very quick to respond to any message you send to them. And their Rewards Scheme is absolutely fantastic. Dispatch is very quick, but sadly delivery by Evri in my/our area is very poor, which is a shame, but this not Jimmy's fault. Therefore I can fully recommend Jimmy's 1000%.

Genuinely worst iced coffee I've tried
Genuinely worst iced coffee I've tried. Got a free one initially (original) and thought it was off so didn't drink it. Saw a caramel one today in Tesco's and thought we'd give it another go.. absolutely undrinkable and threw both away. I don't know what to compare it too but why does it taste like it's gone off? Weird almost fizzy taste with bitter, sickly aftertaste. It's been an hour and I can still taste it.

Have tried various iced coffees in my life but never this one. It was the only one the store sold so I thought I’d try it. Jimmy's coffee it lost 1 stars for me is still good, but when I first tried it a few years ago, I was blown away by how good their iced coffee was. Now it seems a little watered down. The stronger, bigger ones are best now. I did buy three different packs, one was a bundle, still alright, still a fan, but definitely something different with them now, sadly. But I'll still buy them now and again. I don't think I'll buy more crates with the changes now, but we'll see.

I love the original coffee in the blue…
I love the original coffee in the blue can! Honestly, the can says refreshing and that’s exactly what it is, no artificial sweetener taste, no cheap coffee bean taste! A smooth, light consistency, not that thick creamy stuff! I feel that if you actually like coffee for what it is.. Coffee, not a flavoured milkshake what people want it to be, this is the best coffee one.

This is the second time I've purchased…
This is the second time I've purchased the Caramel Iced Coffee with my meal deal. I threw the first one away as I thought it was off due to an odd fizz/pop sound on opening the bottle.
The bottle I bought today did the same. On reading the ingredients I noticed it contains Sodium Bicarbonate which I thought must cause the weird fizz.
The coffee just tastes weird, bitter, not pleasant at all, I couldn't drink it and won't buy again..

The slight fizz or pop when opening the bottle is completely normal. Our BottleCans are pressurised to help protect the quality and freshness of the coffee throughout its shelf life.

We completely understand that it's disappointing if you've purchased a full Case and then found the product isn't to your liking. Taste is very personal, and unfortunately not every coffee suits every customer.
Regarding the return request, once a food or drink product from a Case has been opened, we aren't able to accept a return of the remaining items. This is because we cannot verify how the products have been stored after delivery and are unable to resell them. For food safety reasons, opened Cases are therefore not eligible for return.
We're sorry that this policy left you feeling disappointed, as this certainly wasn't our intention. Our team applied the same food and drink returns policy that we follow for all customers.
If you'd like to try any of our products before committing to a full Case in future, we are stocked in major supermarkets, convenience stores and cafés. This allows you to purchase a single can first to see if it's right for you.
