This is a wonderful business. The team are so talented. Jewellry comes back sparkling after a clean. I had a very ugly charm from a 70's bracelet and the lads crafted it into a beautiful gold band. I've had rings sized up lately too and again. Perfect. And cost wise they are very reasonable. Very good value. Great customer service as well.

I lost a Sapphire stone from my engagement ring. The Sapphire was the central stone in the ring and it had surrounding diamonds. I was devastated and I thought that it would be impossible to get a similar stone and have it repaired. I searched the Internet looking for a jewellery repair service in Dublin. After reading the Reviews about the Jewellery repairs shop in the TCD Trinity Enterprise building, Dublin 2, I decided to give it a try. I met with Tony and Tricia. Tony assured me that he would find a Sapphire to mirror the original stone. He explained that the claws which supported the Sapphire and diamonds were worn and needed to be redone. Approx a week later, I got a call asking me to call in to the shop. This was to view the replacement Sapphire stone that Tony had sourced. I called in and I was delighted with the Sapphire and the price quoted for the repair. A week later the ring was ready. I was totally amazed when I saw the ring. The ring looked brand new, the Sapphire was the exact match as the original one, all the claws had been redone, it had been cleaned and it sparkled. I thought that it looked better than the day it was bought 36 years previously. The craftsmanship was par excellence. It is evident that Tony takes great pride in his work and that he will pull out all the stops to satisfy his customers. Tricia who works with Tony is also super helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this Jewellery fixing and repair shop. This is the place to go if you are looking for any Jewellery fixing and repair service. I recommend it 100%. Thank you, Tony. Great service, very trustworthy. Very knowledgeable and good job. Returned already with a third job really pleased with the work they did on my engagement ring. also a very reasonable priced. Went back with two bracelets repairs.

I approached Tony with a tiny diamond ring of sentimental value, plus some old and broken pieces I no longer wore. What he turned this into was a modern white gold band with my precious little diamond and a new signet ring using tiny diamonds and a sapphire from old earrings. I’m absolutely delighted with the results!
But, what I found that positions this business on a whole other level is their customer care. I just dealt with Tony and Tricia. Nothing is too much trouble! I had to reschedule a meeting to take my Mum to hospital and many weeks later when I did get in, the first thing they asked was how my Mum was?
Who in business even does that any more? Genuinely nice people I guess!!

Went there to enlarge wedding ring and a silver ring. Left my engagement ring there as well and got it re- plated so it does not clash with the rings after. Great customer service and very fast. It was ready to collect within 24 hrs which was great as I left for my holidays. Rings look like new. Will go back after my trip away as the engagement ring is so worn, it needs a new band. This is the first jeweller who said he can fix it. Others in town said all no as they cant do it or don’t know how. Very happy as it has a very big sentimental value.

Excellent service. Third time I’ve gone to jewellery repair.ie. Previous two times were to fix issues with two separate diamonds rings and neither have had an issue since! Got a clasp tightened on another ring and the service was very quick!

Repair to bracelet. Two areas were not reinforced as agreed so I took it back. This time workmanship was very poor so I took it back. Now complete and am happy with work. Disappointed as I need to have bespoke ring made and a number of other jobs. Thought I had found the right place for me after all the great reviews.

Both rings where cut off after an accident, settings damaged and cut in two places.
Perfectly restored in time for our anniversary.
