I needed a repair to my eternity ring as a stone had been lost. Ryan promptly assessed the ring, sent the quote (very reasonably priced) and stayed in touch throughout. The work was completed promptly and I had my ring back within the same week! Thank you Ryan. It looks brand new!

Great service from Ryan. He explained the process of the repair for my engagement ring (a stone had fallen out due to a damaged claw). He recommended the other claws needed doing too and priced it out for me. He also reconditioned my ring with rhodium plating and it looked brand new when I got it back! Six months down the line and it’s still perfect and all the stones are safe.

Ryan recently worked on two pieces of jewellery for me. He re-sized my wedding ring which was not simple as it has diamonds all around the band. He also repaired a pendant that another jeweller had altered but botched. I am delighted with both pieces. The service was great with excellent communication (progress updates and photos) and the work was completed faster than quoted. An excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. I approached Ryan with an idea for an Eternity Ring for my wife. He talked me through the design process in full, provided CAD drawings and photos every step along the way. Ryan was also not afraid to point out issues with the original idea i had and constructively came up with an improvement to the design. Whilst I initially approached for design advice and a quote - I was so happy with the design we came up with , and Ryan’s professionalism that I committed to proceeding with the purchase almost immediately. He then managed to complete the ring within a very short timeframe. I hadn’t pushed him for a quick turnaround, but he was happy to provide it. Due to my request to include Aquamarine in the design of the ring (child’s birthstone) he also hand inspected over 1000 stones to ensure that the stones used were the perfect size, shape, cut, colour and clarity, to make the ring look flawless!

Separately to making jewellery, I have also used Ryan’s services to clean, polish, fix broken claws and straighten out my heavy handed wife’s engagement ring!

Going forward, I wouldn’t use another jeweller for any new jewellery or the upkeep/maintenance of existing pieces!

I took my engagement ring to Ryan after a different jeweller did a terrible job of resizing my ring, leaving it wonky and with a loose diamond! Ryan communicated well with me from the beginning from understanding what had happened, examining the ring and executing the work in good time, leaving me feeling assured that the ring would once again look as good as it had before. I was so happy when I got it back, looking fresh and fitting my finger!

Ryan created the most beautiful ring from my mum’s original engagement and wedding bands that were too weak to be resized. It is beyond what I could have hoped for and will be treasured for a long time to come.

Honestly couldn't have asked for a better ring and a better man to help me get it. Ryan was great from the go, helped me with the design and with his experience advised against certain designs but was clear in stating if that's what I want then of course he will. Helped me save HUGE and I mean huge amounts of money and kept me up to date along the entire process. He would message me and send pictures with every step of the beautiful ring he crafted for my love.
