Very disappointing experience with Jetayu Gadgets. Please be cautious while dealing with them.

I placed an order by paying an advance of ₹3,000. Despite the product reportedly being available in stock, the order process has been unnecessarily delayed, which has made me question whether there was a genuine intention to dispatch the product.

I also sold my existing drone to them, which they valued at ₹44,200. However, despite several follow-ups and calls, the payment was released in three separate parts rather than being settled in a single transaction.

Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing and has seriously affected my trust in the company. If you are planning to sell your existing device or purchase a product from them, please clarify all payment and delivery terms in advance and proceed carefully.

My experience with this website was extremely disappointing. They advertise products at unusually low prices and accept payment, but after receiving the money, they allegedly delay the order for days and then try to offer alternative products with various excuses, claiming that the original product is out of stock.

What is even more frustrating is the customer service. Getting a refund can become an extremely difficult and stressful process, leaving the customer repeatedly chasing them for their own money.

In my experience, the entire process felt highly misleading and unprofessional. If a product is not actually available, it should not be advertised and sold as available in the first place.

I strongly recommend being very cautious before making any payment to this website. Don’t get attracted by the low prices without verifying stock and refund policies first.

Never ever purchase from them, they will charge you 15-20k more for the similar product which you can easily get from designinfo.com or gadgetworld8 or any other good websites. NEVER BUY DRONE FROM THEM
