After 5 years of exceptional service and after a recent blip and a reassurance that our expectations will be meet, our experience gets a high mark.

Our family had the best experience. This was one of the first flights our young sons had ever taken. We were taken care of fully from takeoff to landing and are repeat customers for life!

We started flying with Jodan Brown ( Jet Agency) in May'20. initially spot charters but now using Jet Cards.
Private flying should be safe, convenient, reliable and pleasant.
Jordan's team has been making that happen for us.
I have recommended Jordan to friends, who then flew with him and are now satisfied clients.
Our last flight was for 9AM departure from Naples on 5/7/26 but the co-pilot became ill, flight was cancelled, Jordan took over to fin another plane and we took off 2 hours later.....he pulled a rabbit out of his hat for us.

I booked a flight with Jet Charter. Jordan Brown was so easy, kind and friendly to work with. The flight was to bring my terminally ill husband home however he passed away prior to the flight. Jordan was so sympathetic to my loss and offered to refund the money. After some soul searching I decided to move back to my home state and decided to keep the flight and bring my elderly parents with me. Jordan booked the flight immediately his service picked up my folks in a beautiful SUV at the assisted living home. Took them directly to the plane for them to board. It was a beautiful flight and the pilot was so kind to chat with them offering them food or water. It’s an experience none of us will forget. Jordan walked me through the process right up till they landed! I would recommend Jet Charter to everyone. Thanks Jordan and Jet Charter staff.

Having had some difficulties with a previous flight, Jordan Brown and his team did a first class job of retrieving the situation. The intial problem required me to make arrangements with another provider at short notice, which meant I had a credit owed to me. Jordan Brown honored that credit to the last dime and even gave me an upgrade on one of my legs. Jet Agency are a good company to work with and I will do so again with confidence.

I just filed my lawsuit. Ripped off, plain and simple. Similar story to the other negative reviews. I entered into a settlement agreement with Brown and Co and they breached that as well. I thought getting 1/2 of my money back would be better than getting stiffed altogether. It’s only a matter of time before Brown is behind bars for fraud. Do NOT do business with them. I have the goods/proof to back up my claims above…if interested just let me know

The Jet Agency are to be applauded for their dedication and generosity to Youthaven, the local Naples wonderful safe home for less fortunate kids. So I was happy to bid for their auction lot. Saves so many hours by being able to fly out of Naples. Flight was smooth, clean, with excellent crew. A bonus was the wonderful transfer from home to Naples airport. Pet friendly - my dog enjoyed it too.

UPDATE 7/14/2026: Came across an interest article in the Naples press (search for "court orders 117 million judgement against aviation company"). Sums up my experience with Jordan Brown as well.

“Defendants’ failure to perform under the agreement with plaintiff is not an isolated occurrence but reflects a pattern and practice of collecting membership deposits and charter fees from consumers while failing to provide the contracted flight services,” the lawsuit says, listing other lawsuits, including one that led a federal judge to find Brown in contempt of court."

UPDATE 7/10/2026: Jordan Brown told me he called his clients and it is my opinion that he was asking to leave him good reviews so that mine moved further to the bottom

UPDATE 6/26/2026: I was reached out by Jordan Brown this week. He offered to either pay me back $2.5k (out of the ~$18k he still owes me), or that same $2.5k will go to someone else in order to get rid of this review. Interesting that you can pay someone to remove reviews. Makes you question whether he has done this more often and / or that there are more customers like me that are owed money vs. what you can find on the internet?

UPDATE 6/19/2026: Jordan Brown unblocked me the moment I left the below review. He told me that he was going to sue me (he copied me in an email to his attorney). In addition, he also told me that if I don’t delete the review he would deprioritize me to the bottom of the list of customers that want their money back. Based on that message it is my opinion that he clearly owes money to more customers than just myself.

Jordan Brown never delivered the plane I booked in October 2025. He scammed me out of $35k. To this day, I am still being lied to of when I am getting the remainder of the money back. Leaving this review as he just blocked me from his phone because I inquired about getting an update again. Be careful with this man!

We purchased a jet card from Jet Agency Global, LLC that required a large upfront deposit, which was supposed to be used to fund our flights. On our very first attempt to use the card, the flight was cancelled because Jet Agency Global, LLC did not have the funds to pay the aircraft provider. When we requested a refund of our deposit, the company refused.

After speaking with a former employee and the aircraft provider’s counsel, we learned that Jet Agency Global, LLC has a history of failing to pay providers, is behind on financial obligations, and has even told employees they cannot be paid unless more jet cards are sold. These statements directly contradict the company’s claim that it had sufficient funds to operate our flight.

We have since discovered that multiple complaints have already been filed against this company for similar conduct, including failure to perform, refusal to refund deposits, and non payment of vendors. This pattern reinforces the concerns raised by our own experience.

Jet Agency Global, LLC is using new customer deposits to satisfy prior obligations rather than maintaining those funds in a segregated or properly accounted for manner. The company is unable to perform the services it sells or return deposits it should be holding in trust.

This is more than a breach of contract. It is a serious consumer protection issue and a misuse of customer funds.

I’ve charters private jets for 25 years and Jordan Browns jet agency is by far the worst. 3 out of 7 segments they said that they had no plane for me, yet on my own I was able to find a charter less than 12 hours before my flight was due to depart.

Beware - Payment issues and Fraud with Jet Agency. This company commited credit card fraud with us. Would not recommend doing business with them as it seems they have an ongoing history of this behavior.

Do not recommend. This company seems to operate a financial pyramid scheme. We have not been paid for the services we provided to them ( months ago) for their passengers, and we have been told the only way we can be paid is if we keep letting them book trip with us, and they will “ pay some back .” For people who buy block time, my question is, do you know if your money is safe in an account of a company who operates under these practices?
