Stopped in to the store to try this dress on. The Lila dress was beautiful and size was perfect. The tote was beautiful and the attendant was super helpful. Love the quality and feel of all of the fabrics.

The dresses are so beautiful and the employees are so helpful!! We had such a good time trying on dresses and finding the perfect ones!!

I ran into Shelbi and Alexis and they were so nice!! They’re great at giving good advice and helping with recommendations/zippers/anything else!! The dresses are soooo cute. I love that a lot of them have pockets!

Buyers BEWARE.
This small business is just a scam of a business. There “return policy” is absolutely garbage it’s a store credit you get instead of a refund. And they tell you it’s in their policy which is hidden away not right on each page like they state.
So now they kept my money and have there ugly dresses back and I have this junk store credit. I’m tempted to just buy out the credit with there crap and burn it.
I’m all for supporting a small business but I hope this one fails hard!
Who just does store credit for a return what a joke

This company has such beautiful dresses and every dress I have received is super high quality. They just swapped to using a new delivery service provider and it is now super fast shipping, received my latest order, a mystery bundle only 3 days after placing the order. I have ordered from them at least ten times now over the past two years and have never been disappointed.
Alot of the other reviews seem to be referencing the scam site which advertises these dresses for cheap prices but most of the actual jessakae dresses are above $100 because they are really great quality, they won't be $10 bucks and shipping information is sent out quickly. Make sure you are on the correct site and you won't have any problems. Also make sure to read over the return policy before ordering so not surprised when it is a gift card back and not a refund on original payment method.

I ordered a dress from them, it didn't fit so I started the return process. Then I ordered another dress for a different occasion, paid for rush shipping in 2-5 business days. On the 6th business day it finally shipped... and then I get my "refund" for the first dress I ordered. Store credit. They ONLY do store credit. So now I have a dress on the way that I'm worried if it doesn't fit I'll have $500 in credit at a store with nothing for me to buy.

I purchased about 10 dresses from this website the order never arrived even though the tracking number said it was delivered I've never seen it. Also the tracking emails disappeared as soon as they said it was delivered. I really would like my dresses. I was so excited for the dresses to arrive.

Well considering the order didn't show up - I'd say it is a scam!

If possible I wouldn't even give this company one star. My daughter ordered a dress for a reception, it was terrible. The cut was nothing like the picture, it looked and felt cheap. We sent it back and receive a gift card to their store! Why would we ever buy anything there again? So now they get to keep our money and the dress, very unethical practice. DON'T SHOP HERE, what the dresses look like on the website aren't what they look like in person.

I order 2 dresses. Supposedly it was sent, the carrier "indicated it was delivered, but wasn't at my doorstep. I emailed them , costumer service said they'll resend, (again) Supposedly """ they did, I followed the "Supposedly carrier " and continued to say it was delivered. This company either it's not professional, it's a fake or they just don't care if it gets Lost. why would it be Lost??...I have ordered from wish and Temu, (which are in china) and have gotten exactly what I ordered. So, why can't I receive my things from this company?!!!...It's a fraud!!!

I ordered 5 dresses during their holiday closeout. It's been over a month. My shipment says it's been delivered but it never arrived. The shipping company they use is not reliable, they don't offer any refund for this situation. Spend your money somewhere else.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a few dresses in December and gave a slight donation when prompted in order to receive expedited shipping. Not only did it take over a month for my package to say it was delivered, but I actually did not receive my package at all! After some time, I tried to view my order and it said the order cannot be found and took me to a different site than what I had previously ordered from. When I contacted customer service, they tried to tell me that I entered my address incorrectly which is not true. They claim to take customer feedback seriously and use it to improve their products and services, but based off of multiple reviews, that doesn't seem to be the case.

JessaKae is real, Jessakae is not, and now if i go to view their store it's entirely re-branded and viewing my order leaves me with "order not found!". I ordered a cheap and very on sale dress from a link in Instagram, and I have yet to receive my order despite their tracking number and emails telling me that it was delivered. Disappointed

Worst company EVER!! Sizing is completely off and then they blame you for not paying attention to their size chart. I bought a size medium of their dresses and it fit fine like any other size medium but bought another dress size medium and it almost seemed like a size small or x-small. They said next time go off the size chart, because everyone has a measuring tape at home right. And yet their size chart says should fit like a size 8-10. LIES! Expensive and bad quality. Material was itchy. Avoid at all cost.
