I love jelly cats. They’re so soft and they have the cutest designs ever. Definitely recommend buying one if you’re a big plushy fan but be prepared for an addiction.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service ordered pjs t shirts bedding and cap for my autistic son who is obsessed with Jelly still waiting neally a month. Have the purchase email but no dispatch email. I have msged the site a dozen times with no reply. At least they could reply with a update, when we are spending our money on there site and things aren't cheap either. Why have a msg option on the site if they aren't going to reply. For a big u tuber this is disgraceful.

Never again Will I order anything here again? No one will answer you when you send an email. I also ordered a gift for a birthday. It has been a week now and no package yet. I have received the order number but not the tracking number. I will not order from him anymore.

I ordered a hoodie as my brother’s birthday gift, he is autistic and obsessed with watching jelly’s videos, it is part of his daily routine to re watch old videos and all of the new ones that come out. He was so excited to finally have a piece of merchandise from him however it didn’t fit and we required an exchange for a bigger size. After emailing 5 times, sending messages on his social media accounts I have had zero replies. My brother is so disappointed and gutted that he isn’t able to wear his new gift. I have had to try and explain to him that I cannot order the next size up as I cannot guarantee that it would fit and clearly I’m not able to get in contact with anyone in order to return anything and get a refund. Really disappointed that such a popular well known person within the YouTube community would allow things like this to happen within his company and clearly I’m not the only one this has happened too from reading other peoples reviews.

Been waiting for my son order his a big fan he spent £120 plus shipping fee which was £13 for a 2-3 day delivery it is.now.10 days and still waiting it just says items ordered that's I've emailed them 5 times now to find out what's going on and still no reply

Ordered a PJ - after one washing it is worse than the cheapest clothes I ever bought. My husband not aware went ahead and purchased 2 hoodies. Way too small when arrived. 2 weeks for customer service to respond. When they did they send us an address to return in Netherlands. We sent with tracking 4 weeks later I contacted Jelly again they said do you have a tracking number - I provided to hear nothing back. Checked with post office stuck at customs 2 weeks later our own return to Jelly package arrived on our door step. With a note from customs that it was not accepted at the address. Total scam £85 gone never again. And Mr Jelly does not care as he is making millions. What a scam. My child is so upset as well. I will be making a you tube video to show everything tomorrow.

Confused. There is no written how many days takes for them to send out order and it’s been now days. Nobody answer emails. I order for kids start of school gift and I am without knowledge right now, because not yet posted.

The shipping the products the customer service all were very professional. This is going to make all dreams come true for my sons birthday.

I've ordered a hoodie and cap combo for my sons birthday and it is bwing held at customs clearance because there is no commercial invoice.I have emailed 5 times requesting the needed invoice and no one has replied at all.I dont know what to do next without any communication.

I eventually received needed document and my order has been received.it seems very small sizes but i know my son will be extremely excited.thank you

Ordered for my son for Christmas my order said it would come with a free beanie it didn’t. It came with everything I paid for though. I emailed them right when I opened my package they replied back December 20th saying that’s unfortunate we will send you a beanie, never received emailed 3 other times and no reply back and no beanie

I don’t know how their website only has positive reviews. My grandson is a youth sz 12, I ordered a Youth XL, fits way too small, you need to order up 2 sizes. Hoping to be able to exchange for adult small. Reached out to Jelly Store, still waiting to hear back. Will update if company allows me to do even exchange.

I wanted jelly merchandise for so long and I ordered it and finally got it today I'm so happy about it jelly merchandise is my favourite clothing and I watch him all the time

Received my package today and it was empty. Whoever packaged order did not seal package . Only thing in package was the receipt. No merchandise. Sure hope this is a mistake and you will make this right. Very disappointed

Update- 4/5/2022 —Jelly resent my order plus added a few extra things! Received today! Thank you for your kindness and making my order right.
