I advertised my property with JC Sam rigopoulos not only he overcharged us for commission at 2.2 he couldn't even get a buyer for my home. I decided to get a agent from a different suburb not only I had alot of inspection but sold it before auction as a rate of 1.4 max commission. Advertising costs max $4800 when JC charge us a arm and leg.
Well done to my other agent.
I highly don't recommend JC Northcote to sell your property.

We have utilised Matt McIntosh to sell three properties over the last 12 months. Each sale has exceeded our expectations on sale price. His knowledge of the market provides a confident selling plan which was very reassuring during the process. Probably one of the worst property management teams (Northcote) I've ever had to deal with. We've been without air conditioning or heating in our house for over a month now due to the mismanagement and sheer lack of apathy by Jellis Craig. For any landlord wanting to sign up their property to be managed by this group, please think again!

We bought a property from Julian Campagna, and from start to finish it was an unpleasant experience. From my first meeting him, he didn’t even have the decency to turn around when introduced. His unprofessional and casual behaviour was memorable. For example: Settlement day, exciting day, when we collected the keys from him in his track pants, I asked what the key fob was for, he then tapped his AirPods to pause whatever he was listening to and asked me to repeat the question because he didn’t hear it. It’s very easy to be a bad salesman in a sellers market, it was clear at every interaction that Julian knew he did not have to work for his commission. And it is due to our experience with Julian, that we chose a different real estate agent to manage our investment property, despite being being informed that we would “be taken care of” if we went with Jellis Craig. I have explained our disappointing experience to the manager at Northcote, and advised him that this review would be posted. Would not recommend Julian.

Excellent communication from start to finish and achieved a good result despite being in the middle of a lockdown

The off market sale of our town house in northcote was handled by Rob Freeman for Jellis Craig Northcote. We couldn’t have done it with out Rob’s personal investment in what we as the vendor wanted to achieve and what the buyer was looking for. Rob personalised his service to our needs and went above and beyond what we expected of an agent. He kept us informed all the way through the negotiations and it never felt like anything was an issue or to hard which made selling our house such a easy and smooth process. I would highly recommend Rob Freeman for Jellis Craig Northcote to anybody thinking of selling their house in the near future.
