Great gym with a friendly atmosphere and clean equipment. The staff are helpful, and there’s everything you need for a good workout. I always feel welcome and motivated when I train here—highly recommend!

Environment is good and equipment is nice but only thing you guys need to focus is the taste of drinking water is not upto the mark.

Friendly staff who are always happy to help.

I came to this gym for a change and my first thought was it had plenty of equipment and the staff was friendly especially Lewis, he came over after noticing I was struggling with my workout plan and what muscle groups to work together he then shown me the best exercises for which muscles groups to work together and to get the most out of each session,. He then offered a PT session which I took and It felt very rewarding afterwards and I felt as if he gave me more knowledge about what I wanted also giving me a more fitting workout plan for muscle groups, exercises and rest days with some nutritional advice to help build a more lean muscular physique I would 100% recommend Lewis to anyone struggling or looking for a general in person or online PT, he has great advice and is very helpful for all aspects from the gym, mindset and the nutritional side. Thank you Lewis

I joined JD Rochdale specifically because of Aaliyah, she is an amazing PT. The rest of the team is great and friendly too, especially Reece and Shahz who are fab and always willing to offer help and advice. A very faboulous team 💕

Diverse equipment good staff

Lewis is a fantastic personal trainer - he uses a very motivating and scientific approach to training which is amazing for any level. Fantastic trainer and could not recommend him enough.

Lewis different from the other trainers, my personal experience was very good and positive with always teaching me something new anytime I have a session with him, I always recommend him to everyone I know because the growth I’ve seen in my self not just physically has been amazing and everyone should know about him

Great gym with lots of variety in equipment for any fitness and training needs. Lots of equipment too for those busy evenings and the staff are always happy to help and support with any issues or query you may have. The staff are always very polite, friendly and attentive. Would recommend this gym to anyone.

Just nice and peaceful and can get on with working out at my own pace

Quietly surprised. Happy the Rochdale location is now 24-7.
