I’ve spent many years in gyms across Plymouth, JD gym is by far the best. PT’s are attentive and present all day. The equipment is top tier, and no matter how busy it is, you can always get your full workout in.

Great as a part of your daily routine
Been coming to JD for the past year and it's been a great experience so far. Never had issues with equipment and it's rather rare for all the equipment to be busy especially in the morning. If you're looking for a welcoming community then JD is a great place for it.
