Really friendly staff
Really friendly staff, plenty of free weights and machines, running machines, kettle bells ect it's really fully equipped and has showers, even a shower for our of hours use in a small changin room

Asked if there was a certain machine…
Asked if there was a certain machine and told no. Asked if they could recommend an alternative exercise of machine and said told no and the trainers walked off chatting together. This was my first visit to that gym very disappointed

Welcoming environment has helped alleviate any anxiety
Happy with the gym’s pleasant atmosphere and find the staff to be approachable. the treadmill, could benefit from an upgrade, overall, I feel comfortable and confident here. The welcoming environment has helped alleviate any anxiety I may have had about going to the gym.

Plenty of equipment
Plenty of equipment. Only way to improve is to stop people using camper’s filming themselves. Never thought it would be one of those places.

The staff made me feel welcome from the…
The staff made me feel welcome from the very beginning.
They explained the gym lay-out, changing rooms and all the gym's facilities as well as staffing hours.
They helped me from start to finish with applying with my membership as I am not good with on-line applications.
Now I've attended several times I've noticed their enthusiasm and proffessional attitude is still 100%.

The gym is great and the equipment but it absolutely reeks of bad body odour in there like I was borking in between sets

Thanks for leaving us some feedback.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken.
We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

It’s not exactly 24 hours if the changing rooms are not 24 hours, I finish work from a nightshift at 6am to find out I’m not able to change there.

We are a 24-hour gym at Liverpool Ede Lane but due to there being less staff on duty throughout the night, areas which are not covered by CCTV are closed t for the safety of our members (i.e. the main changing rooms and saunas).
We do however leave the accessible changing room open at all times, as well as there being lockers for you to use. If you need to get changed or grab a shower during the night, that option is there for you and you'll have complete privacy in there.

No complaints. I enjoy the sauna. Don’t really use the gym at the moment. Nice and clean and nice atmosphere.
