Myself and my partner have recently moved out after spending 3 years renting a flat within a building, managed by JCF, in Putney. Marta Moutran was our building manager / point of contact. JCF manage the flat that I moved into in SW15 two years ago. My point of contact has been Helen and she is always responsive, helpful and pro-active. If there have been any queries or issues I have raised these have been dealt with and she is a helpful link between me and the landlord.

I had a really positive experience renting a flat which was managed by JCF. We used Stewart White, of JCF, in our negotiations to purchase the freehold of a small block. The claim went to Tribunal at which Stewart prepared our case. His experience blew the freeholder's representative out of the water. The level of preparation was extremely thorough demonstrating a wealth of experience. This was the second use of JCF and we would not hesitate to come back to them, particularly if Stewart was the valuer.
