Their pricing was in line with all the major retailers and service together with expert on going advice proved to be exceptionally good.

Purchase of microwave
It was good that my microwave was delivered and that my old broken one was taken away.
It was unfortunate that when I in initially bought it online, it said that it was available on 23rd whereas it wasn't ordered until 21st and finally was delivered on 27th. I had no phone call/email to tell me when it was coming. Fortunately I had decorators in who told me that it had arrived and was taken away again until my return later that day.

Easy on line purchase, followed by a 'phone call from one of the chaps in thd shop to thank me for the purchase and to say I could collect the item that afternoon if I wished, rather than waiting until the next day.
