An early morning airport transfer went perfectly. Driver arrived in plenty of time, very professional and friendly. Couldn't have gone smoother.
Same on the return leg, outside waiting for us as we left the airport.

We have used JB for a few airport runs for my mum, who now travels on her own since the loss of my dad. We have always been super impressed with their professionalism, but this morning’s trip at 4am really was amazing. Since her last trip, mum has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Richard took the time to walk her into the airport, and take her to exactly where she needed to be. Totally unexpected, but very much appreciated. You really are the best, and give piece of mind and reassurance to families who have someone travelling alone. Thank you!

First class service which got our honeymoon off to a great start with a short trip to a nearby station. S class was immaculate inside and out. Driver (Richard) was very friendly and extremely professional. I wish we had known about JB earlier as we had a really bad experience with a so called luxury firm on our way home that we had already booked. John took us (including a 90 yo and an 86 yo) from Nottinghamshire to London and back. He really looked after us all and nothing was too much trouble! He was a fantastic driver and got through London traffic with no hassle at all! He timed everything perfectly and everything felt very relaxed which isn't easy when you've got a reservation time and people needing to stop for the toilet. The pricing was incredibly reasonable and excellent value for money for the service you get! I couldn't find any other taxi company that offered the price John did and it really was a luxury service.
I'm so glad we found this company and would love to use the service again soon

Used JB recently to collect us from a night out. Service was excellent. Car was on time and I received a text to say the driver was waiting and the reg no of the car. The car itself was immaculate inside and top spec which made for a very comfortable journey home. The driver was professional and really friendly. We used JB Executive Travel to take four of us to Wimbledon and we were exceptionally well looked after. John and Richard were very easy to deal with, very professional and courteous throughout and it was cheaper than four return train tickets to London!!
