Beautiful jewelry and a great online experience

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Java Jewelers in Independence is truly a gem. Their staff goes above and beyond every single time — welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They don’t just help you find jewelry; they make the whole experience feel personal and special. Whether you’re browsing, repairing a piece, or searching for something meaningful, their team treats you with genuine care and professionalism. I left feeling confident, valued, and excited about my purchase. Highly recommend

I ordered a $2,000 chain and after 7 days of not hearing a single thing, I send an email, and then another, and another. I even called the customer service number and there was no answer. Finally after my 4th email asking them to cancel my order and issue me a refund, they magically respond and say “Oh sorry we were experiencing technical issues with our email” yea right… all of a sudden when I want to cancel and want a refund you decide to respond. Piss poor customer service at best. Stay away! Go spend a couple hundred extra bucks somewhere else to a place that actually cares.

I went to Jawa jewelry yesterday and looked at a ring, and they told me that it was a natural diamond, not Lab Grown. I had a piece of jewelry that I thought about trading, and he asked me to bring it in today, so I come to the store and the owner wasn't there but the manager was. I ask the manager to give me an eye loop so I could look at this diamond and he didn't want to, but he finally did. If you're ever curious on whether it's a natural mine diamond or a lab grown diamond, you look on the edges of the diamond with an eye loop and it will say LGD if it's lab grown. Sure enough it said right there in plain sight LGD. I told them, you guys are falsifying information and misleading people to believe they're getting authentic mine diamond and you're selling them a lab grown diamond. I said I'm not interested, and I'm leaving. DO NOT BUY FROM THERE, THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!! Not even worth a 1 star!!!!!

Helpful in many ways and are with you with every step of the process

Shipment on time, return for size done quickly.
Competitively priced

Easy website navigation. The options for purchase were good, the price was great. Excellent communication and relatively fast shipping.

I loved the fact that my order was easy to place and reached very quickly. However im disappointed that my pendant was received bent.

I received my necklace one week after ordering it and it looked better than it did in the pictures and I'm very happy with it.

BUYER BEWARE.....ordered a chain on 12/18. Sent two emails AND two voice mails requesting ETA....NO RESPONSE back. Check their reviews, they have done this multiple times. STAY AWAY!

Absolutely as described, amazing piece of jewelry Ty!

The cubic zirconia hoop earrings were bigger in diameter than they appeared online. I still like them do not love them the cost is very reasonable and they shipped and delivered in a fast and timely manner. I would purchase from the store in the mall but not online.

Quality jewelry at a price I could live with.

My new turquoise pendant is beautiful and actually larger than I expected, a nice surprise. Since it was made after I ordered it, I had to wait a bit longer to receive it, but it's worth it. The package shipped well and the pendant was well-protected. I will purchase more items.

I bought a chain solid gold 14karat and wedding ring 18 kt love it . Staff were friendly , very professional & took pride in their work.

I returned my purchase because it was small then I imagine!!! I would like 4mm instead!!!

I had a nice experience visiting! They have a great selection of watches and it’s a very appealing atmosphere! They helped me out with my jewelery repairs and was friendly and helpful! I would recommend!

Jawa Jewelers exceeded my expectations! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the jewelry selection was stunning. I’m thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend them for quality and service.
