I was a client for many years because I loved the style and quality. These days something happened that really pushed me away . On February 22 I ordered a swimsuit and short , price $46 the swimsuit and $37 the short for a total $65.98. PayPal paid on February 24.
I received the package March 2 and on March 1st, what I paid full price, went on sale, ( only 8 days after I ordered them and 6 days after PayPal paid for ) ,$17.59 plus the 25% extra the swimsuit and $17 the short plus the 25% extra. I complained because only 8 days before I paid 70% more than the update value. They gave me 15% off next order that it was ridiculous. Sorry, but at this point I am not risking anymore to pay full price what is going on sale of 70%less the week after. Very disappointed

I ordered a dress set along with several accessory items that matched as a gift. I had them sent directly to the recipients and then was notified that the outfit had been cancelled but still the shoes and tights were sent. I did not need the shoes and tights without the matching outfit. I told them immediately that I wanted to cancel the order, but they indicated it was too late and shipped just shoes and tights anyway. The recipient was a little surprised to receive shoes and tights which matched nothing. I will never order from them again.

Horrible experience. I was racially profiled at the Millenia mall location in Orlando, FL. I was asked 3 times if my items could be held at the register!!! After the third time, I wanted to know why I was being asked that, she replied I’m the store manager, I’m not sure why I needed this information. Do not shop here the customer service is horrible and the store manager needs more training!

Cute cloths but their online order system is AWFUL!!! I bought several items on 11/21/2022 and was sent a receipt. On 11/30/2022 they sent me a second email saying that 2 items that i purchased 9 days earlier were out of stock. Oh and btw, they were going to charge me more for 4 of the items from my original purchase order!!! For example, the Button Pointe Pants that i putchased on 11/21 for $20.99 as stated on my receipt email i was actually being charged $29.99 for!!! Had i known i would be charged 50% more i would never have bought them in the first place. Im really upset about this and will never buy anything from their online store ever again.

I work in IT. How did their IT group or business mess this up so badly???

It has been over a month since I placed a $400+ order and it’s nowhere to be found. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times. They don’t answer the phone or respond to emails. I’m giving it another couple days before I file I dispute with my credit card issuer. Horrible company and last order I’ll ever place with them.

Zero communication. Placed a large order 3 weeks ago & it is still showing “processing” . What has happened to this co. , Awful experience will never order from again.

I purchased toddler clothes for my son in late May, 2022. I just received them Friday, June 24th. Nearly an entire month later! One of the shirts had green spots and stains on it, in the packaging. The other two shirts were not even in my order! I’ve sent the entire order back and reversed charges on my American Express card. I attempted to reach customer service first, but no on-line chat is available and no one answers the phone nor returns e-mail. I will never shop with this poorly run organization again! There are other brands, just as nice if not nicer! I will give my business to them!!

Completely unacceptable customer service! Paid 2 days express shipping only to find that 10 days later the order was not even shipped, stuck in their warehouse wherever it was. Customer service was nowhere to be reached. I sent them 2 emails just to completely be ignored. I have been shopping from Janie and Jack for 8 years and I think their customer service quality has gone down drastically!

Very bad experience last purchase. Had to call customer service 3 times on my order was stuck in Kentucky and customer service response keep waiting for it. It was lost in shipment finally had to demand to speak with supervisor. They finally gave refund . Poor service

13 day shipping?! You charge premium prices but it takes 13 days?! You’re shipping from China not California!!! Never again!

ITS A SCAM
Tried purchasing an outfit, and it kept saying card declined so I put my info in two more times. Got tired of trying so I deleted the items. Went to my bank account and it charged me 4 times. Called my bank and I’ve been waiting a week now for the transactions to go through so I can dispute them. WORST website ever.

You advertise you are here in United States but your not !!! That's false advertising if I'd known you were in China I would never had ordered from you . So I'm sitting here weeks later and still no shoes !!!

The shoes I ordered came in the wrong size. They offered to replace them but when they arrived the style was different. I requested an exchange and now they aren't responding. I now have 2 pairs of expensive shoes that my husband can't wear!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Don’t order from these people, please. The sizing is all wrong and they will not refund your money unless you ship them back to China which would cost you more than the item. It is a total scam!

They sent shoes that said they were the correct size but in fact were a full size smaller than US based shoe sizes. They refused to replace them or accept a return. Paypal denied my claim. Do NOT purchase from them. Not reliable

I called 3 times today.They put me on hold aprox 15 minutes then "they apologise that "they are sorry that they missed my call but they are not available at this time"Call was made during the working hours,
and you are disconnected.

My call was made in regards of online purchase not received yet.

I bought a pair of shoes from them and never received them. Come to find out they put my neighbors address somehow. And now they won’t do anything for me. I would not buy from this place

This website is a scam. It's been 18 days since I made the order and it has just arrived in the U.S. They ship from China. It took them 8 days just to ship the package out.

It's ridiculously expansive for something that's shipped from China. I'm from China and I can tell you the items sell for 10 times less in China. This website makes bank on it.

Total scam. Don't buy here.
