Brilliant service. Collection and drop off were super easy, well organised and efficient. I had my items in storage for around 2years and they were returned in same condition as originally stored. Very happy and would highly recommend.

Wonderful service, the guys that came were really helpful and efficient. We needed storage for a couple of months as our flat was completely refurbished.
Pick up and drop off was so easy compared to doing it all yourself.
We are so pleased we found and used JamStorage.

The whole experience from booking to packing to onward delivery was smooth professional and very reassuring. Covel and his team of movers did a fantastic job of inventorying all our boxes and packing them safely into their van, they were prompt polite and tidy. The office team were communicative timely and a pleasure to work with. The Jam vans quote for both collection and storage was extremely reasonable compared to some of the other quotes I received. They were even able to accommodate a slightly further move then they usual service areas. All in all I was very impressed and I'd recommend them to anyone I can see why they're the witch recommended movers several years in a row. My thanks to everyone involved.

We had our furniture stored away whilst moving in with family between selling and buying. Rute was very helpful in arranging everything along the way. Jam Vans collected our items with extreme care and then stored the items with no issues for a very good price for a few months. The return of the goods by Ed and Sam was also excellently handle and very quick. Highly recommended company.

Great experience with JamStorage, from Jake the account manager to the crew, Rio and Harvey, who came to collect the furniture. My request required a quick turnaround, and I appreciated how they all accommodated my request. Extreme professionalism all around, and would gladly recommend JamStorage to other customers.

JamStorage were amazing from the very beginning. Moving house and relocating can be overwhelming but Jake made everything easy for us. The booking itself, estimating the costs, helping us understand the space we would need etc. On the day we had James, Jordan, Sam, Ed and Kane and they were all perfect, kind, considerate of our space and needs and our belongings. I expected it to feel awkward but it didn’t. I trusted them completely. They were all really friendly and knew exactly what they were doing. I’m so pleased we used JamVans and I’m relieved that our belongings are being stored with people we trust. 10/10 recommend!

I’m not sure how I found JamStorage in the first place but I’m pleased I did. They are a reliable, affordable, and extremely pleasant outfit to deal with. Michael and Covel who returned our furniture were both careful and sensitive in handling our returned items. Owen in the office could not have been more helpful. In the competitive world of storage I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and trust this company.

Sam and Ed were helpful, efficient, and good-humoured in collecting many boxes from a flat with tricky access. I am very happy with Jam Vans service so far though I can't comment yet on the return from storage.

From my first contact with the company I have been assigned an account manager Jake who has been very patient, 100% available weekends too and accomodating. The guys came to pick my luggage on time, everything went smooth and fast. I needed to pick up some luggage from the storage 2 weeks after it has been stored. Martin Kayman waited for me, greeted me with a coffee and a big smile and was incredibly helpful and available! So glad and lucky with my choice of storage company!!! Would 100% recommend!

I have had a great experience with this company. I had to move with my family but the date for the move was not set in place . Jake wad very good at helping me with booking the service and gave me all the information needed also the costs are very upfront so there were no surprises. The staff that came to help me, Joe and Covel were also very patient and kind when it came to moving stuff and everything worked out seamlessly. 10/10 service, I would highly recommend.

The movers were friendly, and completed the job very quickly and carefully. This is the second time I’m using this service to help me with my move and storage of items. Don’t have anything to complain about.
