My tumblers print was awful and I want a refund

I have purchased 3 shirts from Jammy Job, they send emails to tell you the status of your order and shipping and the shirts are Adorable! I am a dog lover and there are lots of dog merchandise! Check them out and you will find something you love!

The worst scam and dishonest company I have ever encountered! I tried to return a dress I bought the very next day as it was too big. I tried everything possible. I emailed them several times with the response: a representative would get back to me! Nothing! They are awful people!!! I want to turn them into the better business bureau!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Tumbler that I ordered was not aligned correctly sent pictures showing how horrible it was and company refused to give me my money back or return tumbler. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY AND BE UNHAPPY WITH POOR QUALITY AND A CHEAP TUMBLER FROM CHINA!!

This is a Chinese scam. They steal designs from independent artists on spoonflower and print them on the cheapest, crappiest fabric they can find. DO NOT BUY!

Absolute worst site I have ever purchased on and I have purchased off other fast fashion sites like aliexpress and shein. I ordered this in the beginning of June they sent it to the wrong address even though I've given them the correct mailing address. They then asked ME to follow up on their mistake. I get it sometimes things get muddled up. Then I finally receive the order almost 2 months after I ordered the quality was absolute trash. The stitching was crooked the print was lazy. The material was super thin, colour was fading the sizing was completely off it is so much smaller then the measurements described nothing like the site at all... to pay $60 each was absolute waste of money. I can guarantee I will never buy from them again or recommend any of my friends this site.

Zero Stars. This company is a complete scam. After four shipping/tracking notifications saying it was on it's way, it never arrived. My tracking showed 4 diff locations, finally showed my city and that it was out for delivery. It was never delivered and when I went to check the tracking it said it was delivered in California. I've reached out to the company three times and have never received a legit response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. This company is a total scam. Their photos and descriptions--and pricing--are to lead you to believe the products are out of a quality material. In my case the shirt I ordered was supposed to be a "cotton linen print." I work with fabrics every day as a designer and I can tell you that there is NO cotton OR linen in this fabric. They will say that there is a small percentage or whatever BS, then tell you their photos are "designed with 3D effects because we always desire to create lively products." I'm sorry, WTH? The photos are absolutely shown to trick you into thinking they are truly out of a nice material, with accompanying glowing "reviews." They then had the gall to send me a copy of the fabric content next to the shirt where they added the word "poly" in front of the cotton and linen, but I have a screen shot of the description from the time I ordered, wasn't and still isn't there online. Totally deceptive company, who offer you 30%-40% return, even thought they state they will give 100% back for defects or even if you "think the item is bullsh*t." Why put that when EVERY item is bullsh*t and they are scamming thousands of people? I'll be reporting this company to every consumer organization that I can find. They need to be put out of business. I'm guessing they just keep changing their name and repeating their scam. They are clearly fully aware of their deception, and they control who reviews on their site, have no phone number listed, control their Facebook page, etc etc. Professional Chinese scam artists.

I ordered an item which was clearly listed as a Cotton/Linen shirt, however the item I received did not have a thread of cotton in it - it was a terrible, cheap synthetic fabric. Conveniently, there was no tag on the item with the material listing, and, other than the pattern on the material, it didn't even resemble the image on the website. Waited almost a month to receive the item, and, once received, I immediately contacted them directly to return product, as noted in their return policy. I quickly received a reply requesting more information, which I replied to the same day, then nothing for a week. Contacted Paypal to request a refund and file a complaint and finally received a reply listing the material it was supposedly made from (poly/cotton blend) and offering a 40% refund, BUT, I get to keep the awful shirt (...yay...). Not sure if I'll actually receive the refund, but - lesson learned! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I placed 2 different orders with Jammy Job. The first one was exactly what I ordered and I was extremely satisfied with it. The second order had a bit of a manufacturing default. When I contacted them (I included photos) they immediately responded that I would receive a replacement. I received my replacement yesterday and am now completely satisfied with both of my orders. I will be ordering from them again!

I purchased this bag as a gift for my partner. It arrived in the time promised and was a good quality item at a reasonable price.

Love their button up shirts, tee shirts and sweatshirts. They are comfy, well sized and colorful. I always get comments on them, I love them. I was disappointed in the jammy pajamas outfit shirts, the bottoms rock. However, I was truly disappointed in the short sleeve summer fake button shirts. They run a couple sizes short and the buttons are way off center, I would not recommend to anyone who carries extra weight like me. It takes a while to get your clothes but I've found it worth it. I am learning what I can and cannot buy from the company. I will order again, I just cannot find quality long sleeved button up shirts anywhere else, again I love them!

I placed an order for two items - one was a ladies blouse and one was a leather handbag. I received my blouse after three weeks and it was nothing like the photo. After a month of waiting for my handbag, I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau if I did not receive my merchandise or receive a refund. Within 3 days, I received my handbag. It was just like the photo and is in great condition. Besure when purchasing clothing you double check the size, click on all photos, and be prepared to wait a long time for your items.

Extremely long shipping. Purchased a leather purse... while it is a beautiful purse, it is definitely not leather. The shoulder strap is very rinky dink. Won't order again.

This company is misleading and no good. Ordered a bag that they put the wrong name on it and it looks like a child's toy. Totally misleading the size. Never again.

I purchase a Handbag for my Friend's 60th Birthday. It arrived in record time and it is gorgeous. I am so happy, I will have the best fit at this party.

I ordered 10 items, multiple shirts of the same design, I ordered womens and mens, I was sent a women's shirt that should of been a men's, but I have yet to receive the correct shirt, also 2 shirts that look a vintage coloring on the website, but just sent the same color as the others

I'm writing this review on the Father's Day tumbler I got for my son in law. It's the motorcycle one. I know he will love it and I'm glad I could personalize it with his name. It make the gift more personal. It is beautiful and cool.

I was searching for a work bag and noticed I was familiar with a lot of the images. I think they are stealing images off of coffee cups, rugs, blankets, etc. Think of a clothing stall at the state fair- this website seems to have images on their products from all of these different products. Images also look blurred or stretched out. Hard pass.
