The home inspection itself was solid. Jamie was on time, professional during the walkthrough, and seemed knowledgeable about the major systems in the house. The report was clear enough and covered the basics I needed to know.

However, the experience after the inspection was less positive. Over the following week, I received multiple emails asking—sometimes practically begging—for a five-star review over multiple platforms. I understand that small businesses rely on feedback, but the persistence felt unprofessional and unnecessary. It put a sour note on what had otherwise been a decent experience.

Overall, the inspection was fine, but the pushy follow-up makes me hesitant to recommend without reservations.

I needed a home inspection within days, not weeks. Jamie was the guy to call. I received a clear, detailed inspection report with photos a few days after the inspection. His service didn't end there. He was always reachable for questions whether it be a quick phone call, text, or email. Most of the time he responded within minutes or even a few seconds after I texted. I highly recommend.

When I needed to have a Wind Mitigation Inspection of my home completed on very short notice, I definitely called the right company. Jamie answered my phone call in person the very first time I called. To my delight he was able to work with both of our busy schedules and find a date and time that worked well for both of us. On the day of the inspection Jamie was right on time, polite, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to answer any questions I asked to my layman's satisfaction.
