Great service, Nichola is amazing.

Nichola connected with me after I enquired about services, and offered me a tailored solution that was comprehensive and covered all my needs, didn't try to upsell me, and gave me a solution that we can amend as we use the service. She was fantastic during the onboarding process, and was always a very quick reply away when I had a query. A credit to JAM, and will be keeping in touch as we utilise the service more. Also a great service in general, good experience with the team that handles the calls, captured all our leads so far. Thanks Nichola!

Any requests I have made

Any requests I have made, ie adding new numbers etc have all been carried within a short timescale and I always get an acknowledge email to confirm.

JAM has helped us maintain our exceptional service by ensuring we can follow up on calls and make appointments for patients we might otherwise have missed or delayed in assisting. Our patients feel heard, and the emails we receive from our AI Receptionist are detailed and include all the relevant information we need to offer suitable appointments or respond to their questions. It’s become an essential part of our service — AI Jo truly feels like part of the team!

Excellent experience

An exceptional service for this SME

This is an exceptional service for a small business like my own. It's like rapidly adding a well trained and experienced member of staff to the team who is just as able to advise clients, and capture leads to the level I’d expect. I am very confident in the system plus I know the humans behind it have worked hard to tailor for the subtleties of my business and target client base.

Okay, but they still owe me money three months later

I used the service for quite some time, but they started charging me high amounts for calls so I stopped. I'd built up a positive balance on their PAYG service and I asked for this to be refunded 3 months ago. That still hasn't happened

Pro's and Con's

As a system it does work - however, there are things which I found frustrating. Most calls eating far more minutes than I ever realised (phonetically taking all information takes a while!......) and it isn't possible to screen out spam/cold callers effectively, so you'll throw a good portion of minutes at this too.

Thank you for your review. We understand that some calls can take longer than expected however our priority is always accuracy which is why we have a process ensuring messages are clear and correct.

Unfortunately, we are not able to filter out spam or cold callers entirely as we answer all your incoming calls, just like a receptionist would. We do however, our best to recognise unsolicited calls quickly and wrap them up as efficient as possible.
