The car was as stated in the advert and although there was a long wait before it was ready to drive away, the staff kept us updated and offered hot drinks. Also valeted the car before I left

The experience was made so simple by all the staff I was greeted on the forecourt taken into a beautiful professional reception where I was greeted by one of the sales staff who laid everything out in front of me made it very easy to understand if anybody is looking to buy a car you will be amazed by the professional professionalism of these guys 10/10

4 months on and we still wait for the car or any update. Car was sold dodgy. Milege alteration concerns. Over 15k worth of damage. Dodgy MOT cover ups. Independent engineer checks. Car ran good for first 3 weeks then disaster. All proving to be dodgy before sale. Lucky my kids wasnt killed when it suddenly broke down on the motorway.

They sell the cars with smiles and giggles leading you to not think anything is dodgy. Customer service as not responded and actually stated they did not want to contact us anymore.

The process was smooth from start to finish, and everything was clearly explained with no pressure. The staff was professional, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. I’m very happy with my car and felt confident in my purchase. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free car-buying experience.

Just coming on to rewrite my original comments and reduce my score from five to two stars.
Although friendly and offered the world at the time.
Found repair to exhaust they made was to wire up back box. Since removed.
Rear camera to be ordered and sent on to me never came.
Wasn’t told about no V5 so had to order my own after calling to ask them if they had sent it off two weeks after sale. £25 never given back although promised.
Engine light came back on after a week which I’ve fixed myself.
Still over all happy with car but not the misleading niceness of the service.

Most horrible experience of my life! Within 2 months of buying the car, lost over £10k getting rid of the pile of rubbish they sold me. The place should be investigated and close down. Please stay well clear of this place. I promise you, you will live to regret it

3/4 of the reviews on here are bought by offering existing customers incentives and offers and deduction on prices. We were a victim to this awful company and would urge ANYONE to stay away and spend your money on a decent vehicle. anyhoo DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, BELIEVE ME.
