I wouldn’t even give Jade windows 1 star. They are a pathetic ripoff company. Sweet as pie when taking the order, but have given me nothing but grief and false promises. Hidden extra charges. They call themselves a reputable company. In my opinion they are ripoff merchants. Disgraceful customers service rude and abrupt staff. Never recommend this window company to anybody.
The reply to your comment.. when I placed the order you gave your word the order would be with me in 14 days. Your admin person didn’t submit the order until a week later. After numerous emails. I was promised (another lie) that I would get a confirmation a few days before, which didn’t happen. I had to make yet another call, did not get a curtesy call in return but an email. When the order was picked up. We were met with abrupt and rude staff that actually said we’re not a charity when asked for the fixtures for the window. Again you’re unsatisfactory and do not give accurate details no one knows what the other is doing and mess up orders. I’ll never use you again and will never recommend you to anyone I know. For the inconvenience you have caused me.

Just had a lounge bay window fitted along with a front elevation composite door and the full glass surround.
The service from start to finish was first class.

Install team (Matty and Billy) excellent, professional, very polite and extremely hard working.
Product seems very good and with all the above taken into consideration, would recommend Jade as a trusted installer.

Just had Ken and Danny they fitted new windows and door on our porch they were excellent left it clean and tidy even swept leafs up outside.

Dez and Dan were excellent, they were very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves after each window. They even helped me move furniture around 5 out of 5 from me.
The whole process from start to finish has been very good.

Very happy from start to finish with the service from Jade Windows, Ted was great, really friendly with no pushy salesman talk, listened and gave us exactly what we wanted. Dave (?) Surveyor was very personable and friendly and made sure we knew exactly what we were getting and was very thorough. On the day Matthew and Billy the fitters were great, they turned up on time, were very courteous and friendly, made sure they made no mess and cleaned up after themselves. They were very efficient and their workmanship was fabulous! We are very pleased with the finished results and the experience from start to finish and would highly recommend! Thank you!

We have had a replacement conservatory fitted, excellent service from the sales team. The fitters Matthew & Billy are very professional polite and hard working. Top quality workmanship.
Everything clean and tidy on completion.

Reconstruction of side conservatory.
Very thorough work by Mally and Matty. Job completed in three days in good time! Hard workers, a pleasure to have them do the work.

We had a Bay window that we wanted to replace with a flat window. This meant that extra builder's work, joinery and rendering would have to be done. Two other companies couldn't do it and of the other 3 quotes Jade's was the best. The salesman Ted was quick and efficient. The surveyor took his time and prepared detailed instructions for the work. The two lads who fitted the window, Billy and Matty, stuck to the difficult task and made a great job of not only the window but also the associated builder's work. The whole experience was positive.

Our new windows look absolutely fab. Can not recommend his company highly enough - the office staff were helpful and supportive- the fitters, Kev and Danny, were professional, tidy and friendly.
Will definitely be back to them to replace our doors.

I used this company on the recommendation of my neighbor.I wasn't disappointed at all. Good prices and the best product quality.The two fitters, Matty and Billy, are real professionals, quick and solid installation with all the details, and everything left tidy after work.I still have some work to do around the house, and I will definitely use Jade window again.

I'm sat on my landing looking at the amazing stained glass window that was fitted today 😍 This is the 2nd time had Jade windows they did the front of the house in 2023 had them back to complete the house.
From Ted coming to measure & give a quote followed by David to survey the work and speaking with Michelle in the office all were professional, friendly and nothing too much trouble. The stars of the work were Malcolm and Ethan who have done an outstanding job they truly know their job! They were friendly professional and perfectionists. The windows look amazing. They left no mess I had nothing to do! Except I was the coffee maker.

Had some bi-folding doors fitted by Dez @ jade windows, an absolute professional job from start to finish.
Would highly recommend, the doors are excellent and the whole process easy and smooth.

We had 12 new windows and 2 new doors fitted over 4 days, Lewis and Cisco did a fantastic job they are polite friendly very efficient and clean up after themselves (also love a bacon butty)
All the staff at jade were helpful and honest and not pushy for a sale
We had a few problems with the glass but it was sorted after a few days no problem

Very good had my two bedroom windows in triple glazing fitted in a day by one fitting man.
They look great if i decide i want more windows doing I will come for them doing here in the future.

We just recently had our windows replaced by Jade Windows and couldn't be more delighted, the speed and quality of the workmanship was outstanding by Lewis and Cisco from start to finish. I was told it would take 3 days to complete, but it was all done and dusted with the help of Des in 2 days, gob smacked at how tidy they were, and the finished result is superb. Cant praise them enough, from seeing Ted at the showroom, David coming out to final measure up and the fitters. Thanks very much, really glad we chose you to do our windows and would highly recommend you to anyone.

Thought I would leave this a couple of weeks after the install to be able to give a fair picture.

The process from start to finish has been fairly slick with Jade Windows. The guy that came to do the survey was thorough and helpful, ensuring that both my wife and I understood all the options we had requested, as well as explaining about the vents and safety opening etc.

There was roughly a 8 weeks wait from ordering to getting the installation date, this was fine as it was mentioned to us at the time of purchase.

The installers told us that it would take 2 days for the windows and a 3rd day for the 2 doors to be fitted. The 2 fitters were incredibly proficient and had the entire job done in the 2 days.

As with all jobs there were a couple of snags, the tread plates on the doors had not been colour coded to the frame and we were missing the smart lock for the front door (both were additional 'unusual' items we had requested) and the fitters were back within a week to fit them and the job was completed a few weeks before Christmas.

We are now in mid-Jan and with the extremely cold weather recently, we have found that one of the doors has dropped slightly stopping the locking mechanism from engaging. But one call to Jade at 9:30am and an engineer was with us to adjust the locks by 12 noon and now we are all sorted and secure again.

Overall very happy with the service from Jade and would happily recommend them to others. Particularly the upgrade to triple glazing which has made a massive difference to the heat of the house.
