Don't bother, waste of money and scammers. The product did not work at all so tried to contact the company to request a refund but email addresses (jadevixcosh and jadevix) are not working.

Very bad treating the customers and the products are not effective, don't do any good .It is a waste of money. Very disappointed.

Avoid ordering from this company. They claim to be from the U.K but are in the USA. They never respond to emails and they've charged me more than I authorised. After a month of my order being placed, nothing has arrived. The bank have refunded my money and blocked the company. Scammers.

Still waiting for order to arrive after 3weeks tried to email them but it won’t deliver, requested refund but to no avail my bank did try to put a stop on payment

Enquired about the status of my order. Gave the the details, they replied with the same email asking for the same things. Wish I'd of checked here first before ordering.

Scam company, took more money than I authorised , no goods have arrived, emails bounce back, would give no stars but that’s not an option…wish I had researched the company before I ordered

This is clearly a scam company. My 8 May 2026 order costing £22.97 left my PayPal account and went to a STARRISUS, whatever that might be. No goods arrived - but dozens of emails did, telling me there was a product still in my shopping basket! These people are rogues and should be avoided. You can't contact them on their email service so don't try.

I would honestly rate it zero. They take your money, no replies to e-mails, not received product. Massive scam in my opinion! Avoid, avoid avoid!!!

Ordered and tried to cancel added item on same day, all emails ignored, the money taken was more than on invoice and different company, never answered emails, apart from PayPal contacting them

SCAM, don’t buy!!!

Ordered from them several weeks ago and nothing has arrived. They are uncontactable by email ( my email bounced back !) and the shipping cannot be tracked as the checking system for the buyers identity doesn’t work ! I thought the company was in the UK but I now suspect it’s Chinese . ‘Don’t buy from this company’ is my advice ….

I would give this company no star, for not delivering VeinTarget Microneedle Patch product as requested and paid since more then three weeks ago. The money ( 50 pounds) is gone from my account and I'm still waiting for the parcel to be delivered. On the website it says ''Made and shipped from the UK, ships in 24h'' I don't think so. I do not recommend. Email was sent to Jadevix 5 days ago. They didn't bothered to respond back so far with an update.
