Prompt delivery and such good value, very comfortable, snug boots and half the price of another UK brand I normally buy from. I therefore bought two pairs of boots and I got a Black Friday deal on them. Pleased as punch!

Repeat order of short hair rugs. As before they are so soft and warm on my sofas. Excellent quality. Came beautifully wrapped. Unbelievable value especially with Black Friday discount. So much better than a top interior design shop and less than a third of the price. Really great to buy British too and help our farmers.

Very good comapany
I recently bought 2 pairs of boots with a discount code, tall chstnut and extra short platform boots, both are wonderful. Already have another pair of tall boots, I'm going to weatherproof them and they'll be my outdoor boots now. I also own the sheepskin 2 bar sandals and they have been wonderful and long lasting.

Baby buggy sheepskin footmuff
I bought a sheepskin footmuff for my granddaughter's buggy. We are so delighted with the quality. It is really robustly made and the pile is so luxurious. She is so cozy and warm, even when it is frosty. Delivery was really quick too. I did a lot of research and Jacob and Dalton's pricing was very keen.

It's how you handle it
Having successfully ordered one double-sided cushion in white-cream, I went ahead and ordered a further three, as I needed four in total. When they arrived, one of the three was a very different colour, on the cream-yellow side. I rang Jacobs & Dalton, explained the issue, sent it back as requested and they immediately replaced it in the correct colour. The issue was swiftly and nicely handled by the company, which is so refreshing to experience.

Small blue sheep skin rug
Ordered a small blue sheep skin which was reduced so good value. It arrived quickly the only negative was it was more of an aqua colour so I ended up putting it in a different room than intended. Otherwise great.
