Top marks for customer service. After my last review Luke Jackson made a big effort to make reparation. He refunded my delivery charge, and sent me some goodwill plants packaged securely and delivered perfectly by a different courier.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND BEAUTIFUL PLANTS. Best plants I have ever received online and very well packaged for transit. Well established and all of them are already doing well in the border. I placed the order later on the Wednesday and they were here on the Saturday. I will be ordering more from them for sure!!

I ordered a Ceanothus "Autuminal Blue" as the eventual dimensions were perfect for the space that I wanted it to go. It arrived well on time, but unfortunately they had sent me the wrong one, a Ceanothus Blue Mound , which is much smaller and flowers in spring. Unlike the bigger one that flowers late summer/autumn.
Once I contacted them , they immediately sent out the right one , which arrived the following day. They also let me keep the first one.
Thank you Jacksons, I was well impressed, ☺️ two for the price of one.

I recently had an order from Jacksons that unfortunately didn’t go as smoothly as I had hoped. The roses arrived after a longer journey than anticipated and there were some issues that left me disappointed around communication.

However, I have to say that the way this was subsequently handled has completely changed my view.

Luke Jackson contacted me personally after seeing my concerns and took the time to properly investigate what had happened. He explained the situation with the courier, acknowledged where the communication had fallen short, and gave me a genuine apology. He also refunded my delivery charge and provided his direct contact details should I ever have an issue in the future.

Occasionally things will go wrong, particularly when couriers are involved, but I was genuinely impressed by the way Luke dealt with my concerns and I feel completely reassured about ordering from Jacksons again.

Second time I have purchased plants from this company.

I ordered a David Austin rose from Jackson’s as Austin’s were out of stock of the one I wanted. I also ordered a lavender plant.
A few days after I ordered it Jackson’s called me to say that the rose was out of stock but that new stock was due on Friday so they’d send it out to me by next day delivery.
The delivery was on my doorstep when I got up this morning at 9am.
Both plants are superb quality and well wrapped with no damage.
I hadn’t heard of Jackson’s until this experience but will certainly be using them again for any plants I can’t find locally.

I use Jacksons Nurseries from time to time, either by visiting their splendid nurseries at Bagnall or online ordering.
I cannot fault this company. Superb quality plants super good delivery service, friendly, thoroughly professional. I can't knock them one bit.

The customer service was excellent, even if the outcome was unfortunate. I placed a large order and DX unfortunately screwed up the delivery. One parcel got sent back to the nursery and two others were lost. Jacksons were quick to refund me after chasing up the delivery company. So can recommend Jacksons, but I'd advise they change their delivery company.

Thank you for my lovely Scent from Heaven rose delivered today. Very well packaged. It looks very healthy and happy, considering today is the hottest day of the year!! (Obviously won’t be planted for a day or so!!). Well done to DPD as well for their polite and efficient delivery in this sweltering heat.

Ordered bare root roses last winter. Established quickly and all flowering. Great description on website makes it easy to find what you're looking for. Spoilt for choice

Saw an advert in a magazine for Ebony and Ivory Weigela which I thought would be nice for my garden. I couldn't get any locally so I ordered 2 plants from Jacksons. They arrived on a Friday afternoon and I was informed about the despatch. The Plants arrived in a sturdy box and the plants themselves were in pots which where in plastic and taped together for safe transit. Both plants looked in good shape and they were planted the next day because upon arrival it was too hot to plant. I plan to buy more from Jacksons.

Ordered another large Acer. Came very healthy and perfectly packaged. I was kept fully aware of time scales which is really good. Highly recommended if after a nice plant/tree

I recently had a problem with a plant and so contacted Jackson Nurseries, The staff were incredibly helpful and I was given a beautiful replacement which was so unexpected.
Do not hesitate to buy from them as that kind of customer care is rare.

The rose that’s arrived looks so shiny and in good health, as do the other plants (even the one that was listed as in need of TLC on the site)
I thought I’ve just gotten used to such terrible customer service from so many companies, I start to hesitate ordering online expecting the same negative experience if something goes wrong but Jackson Nurseries have been so kind and understanding when I contacted them with the delivery issue and they fixed it without prompting straight away.
