Great place, next to the northern quarter. All facilities in the flat function as they should, support are helpful and easily reachable over the phone or via email.

Amazing place to stay in central manchester - the staff are super helpful. Left an item at the apartment and the lovely people posted it back to me immediately!

Stayed in the Lux New York Apartment. Amazing interior design and furnishings. Couldn’t have asked for more. Great customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend staying with Jacksonheim when visiting Manchester.

Apartment was clean but a little tired. Loo seat in the bathroom was broken. The key fob was in the wrong locker which could have really delayed us without the intervention of the helpful Concierge of the building. Other than that we had a comfortable night’s stay

Fantastic stay in Manchester last weekend. Staff couldn’t have done more to help, was so impressed with the customer service. Really simple access instructions to the building/apartment. There are a lot of security doors so we felt very secure during our stay. Apartment has a beautiful warehouse conversion feel with high ceilings, contemporary colour schemes and furnishings, the bed was really comfortable and the walk in shower was amazing (as were the free lotions in the bathroom which smelt gorgeous!) Loved the spacious kitchen too, did lots of cooking in there! Definitely coming back when I’m next in Manchester. Thanks so much again. Recommend to anyone who's after 5 star luxury!

We stayed for the full weekend, the apartment was spacious, had a central location and was equipped with everything we needed! It was clean and the decor had a very home from home feel :)

Had an excellent stay here right in the heart of Manchester. Safe and well lit area within the Northern Quarter but far enough away from the action as to not be a disturbance in the night. Hosts were very friendly and reasonable and it was a very slick operation making check in, check out and any minor issues management over the month stay seamless and easy. I would 100% recommend this as a top place to stay for anyone visiting Manchester or looking to give it a trial run before making the permanent move.

We stayed here on a work trip, to shoot for our new tanning ranges and the team here were so accommodating. The place was so spacious, clean and has a really cool vibe about it.

The team on hand were amazing, especially Megan! She was so kind and accommodating to us - nothing was too much and she was on hand whenever we needed anything or had a question about something.

The checking in and out process is so easy - clear instructions were given and it's such an easy process to follow.

We loved it here and will 100% be back.

We had an absolute fabulous time staying here, the apartment was so clean and beautiful! They have everything you need, which was so great for us to make our own food and drinks as we were staying for a couple of days, we were so happy to have ice cubes in the freezer as it was very hot outside!

We struggled with signal on our phones when we first arrived in the city centre so struggled to get the instructions on the app on how to get to the apartment/check in etc. We contacted Nikita directly and he helped us get to the apartment and get in, and provided us with information about where would be closest and best to park the car during our stay, which was also extremely helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment is in a perfect location, and we managed to get to where we needed to be no problem with and without the car. There is a shop just outside the apartment too and plenty of places to eat nearby. We definitely will be coming back to stay. The shower is unbelievable and the bed is so comfy! It really was a home away from home and I couldn't recommend this place more!

Me and my friends stayed here in Manchester for one night. It was amazing. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The app that we had to download made checking in and finding the apartment so easy. The facilities were amazing, had everything you could need. So instagramable too, so highly recommend for a weekend away with the girls! Will 100% be staying here again next time I’m in Manchester 😍

We stayed in the Midnight Boutique for the May Bank Holiday weekend. We booked at quite short notice so having to download the necessary apps meant acting quick but communication was excellent from the start.
The place certainly has the wow factor- such an amazing space with great facilities. A real treat to stay here!
Excellent location with everything Manchester has to offers right on the door step.
