I have a withdrawal still processing since October 15th , i messaged the customer service BUT NO ANSWER BACK , i sent 7 emails so far , its frustrating

I sent an email to both the .com and .ca support centres (due to an odd issue that involves both the US and Canada websites) regarding my deposit.
10 days and 3 emails later, and I still haven't received any reply.

Never have live agents available, and if they do they take the easy way out and tell you to send an email instead??? i have been waiting a month to receive my winnings, and for god sakes its only 340 bucks, first they gave me some bs line about needing my account verified which it already was, cuz how did i cash out 3 grand prior to this.
