Absolutely fantastic customer service!
I originally contacted IWMH regarding a broken arm rest after using my chair for countless gaming sessions and they were absolutely wonderful in helping with my enquiry.
IWMH took the time to look around their warehouse and found me a replacement pair of armrests, sending them out the next day only for them to arrive within 48 hours.
10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a gaming chair with wonderful customer service!

Enjoying a luxurious home office experience!
I've had the Trebleo Low Back Executive Fabric Chair Flip with up Armrest for a couple of weeks now. It is so comfortable! It has a lovely rocking action, and the flip up armrests were exactly what I was looking for. Before I bought it, I contacted the company's customer services (they are definitely not in the UK) for some reassurance about dealing with any issues, should they arise, and they responded suitably for me to go ahead with my purchase. The chair arrived in just a couple of days, and, for £115, I have nothing but delight with my home office experience now!

I bought a chair years ago, and due to expected wear and tear, I had to replace some parts, but the parts were hard to find, so I contacted the customer service team and they were fantastic in helping me find what I was looking for!

Doesn't ship to Northern Ireland. Doesn't tell you this until after you enter your shipping details and pay for your order. Doesn't state anywhere on their website that they don't ship to Northern Ireland.

For the price this is a good product
For the price this is a good product. Easy to put together and the recline on it is spot on. I bought this one specifically for the arm s folding up. If you play guitar or piano it is just the job

Scarsa qualita!
Ho acquistato questa sedia per le numerose recensioni a 5 stelle ma, dopo nemmeno 5 mesi di utilizzo la similpelle si è logorata e le imbottiture hanno ceduto.
La poltrona è di bassissima fattura, rumorosa con scarsa ergonomia.
Uno dei peggiori acquisti fatti presso un rivenditore marketplace amazon.
Sconsiglio non compratela.
Rivenditore non professionale, zero assistenza!

Horrible experience
Chair arrived in a damaged parcel with a large entry point.
I ordered a chair and one entire arm rest was missing.
The chair is very low quality with plastic sharp parts across the chair and metal was already damaged severely to the point where I had to use a hammer to adjust the chair for the pieces to fit together properly
I am not surprised as when I ordered my chair I paid using PayPal. When I sent the money it tells you who you’re sending to and I sent the money to someone with several Chinese characters as their display name.
Horrible experience and chair. the customer support team haven’t got back to me.
Despite having inexpensive chairs I wouldn’t recommend this at all.

You can't get better after care service
I contacted them to get replacement pads for my Computer chair arm rests. They had worn out after several years of use. They got back to me promptly asking for details and checking that the chair was not under warranty. It wasn't, but I knew that. So they offered me some free pads as long as I paid the delivery costs. Which I was happy to do so. They sent a secure link to pay the costs and a few days later the arm pads arrived. But not just the pads, the entire arm assemblies, which I reckon would have cost altogether double or greater what the delivery cost was. So you can't get better after care service than that.
