Scam scam scam. They do not respond to emails once you have returned an unwanted item keeping the item and your money. Will be claiming a charge back from my credit card and reporting company to police.

Do not order from this company. Their customer service is terrible. I returned an item, they acknowledged they received the return and have not refunded me despite multiple emails (to which they have not replied). The jewellery is bad quality and the company is bad news.

I ordered from this company a few years ago with no issues, the item was lost so i ordered the same as a replacement.
Item arrived....Well, what utter poor quality, the item is supposedly sterling silver however there are so many inconsistencies in the colour. I asked for a replacement as this item wasn't cheap.
Fast forward nearly 2 weeks with very little/poor communication the replacement has arrived and still looks shit!!

Don't ever order from this company. No return info - against distance selling rules. Won't respond to emails, cannot send an item back as there are no return instructions.

Fuming 😡 with this company I am still awaiting for a reply to my email plus a refund since week now I sent the unwanted earrings back special delivery over week ago they have not acknowledged any of my emails in last 2 weeks
Last spoke to a July from this company via email 5th October where they told me to send it back for full refund
This is not on at all it’s cost me £6.50 to also send it back
I will never buy from them again
And I suggest other people don’t

I had a necklace as a gift for christmas . its July. The returns policy/guarantee is only 6 months.. WARNING - it would be a year if they were convinced of the quality. I am very saddened by this - Its broken already and I hardly wore it; as is the case with most 'going out' jewellery. The clasp is a silly and not thought through design . I would not buy this again. Do not buy!

I purchased the Bees bracelet as a Xmas present. The gold plating has come off every ring connecting the bee to the bracelet and is starting to come off the bees. There is very little information about the business on the website. No company name and details and no privacy policy in breach of GDPR rules. They are not responding to an email sent over a week ago.

I requested to return the items I bought and they seemed helpful and responsive until it got to issuing the refund. They have had the item back for over two weeks and not only there has been no refund but they are ignoring all my emails. I sent the items back with tracked next day delivery so I know for a fact that it was received.
Moreover, there is no contact number on the website so it is impossible to get hold of anyone to find out more.
