Lowest of low quality of dresses, nothing closed to what was advertised.…

If there was a zero star that's what they would have had.I bought under the name Ivy luna and on paypal where i submitted my dispute, it was Eagle Essentials.Fake company.I ordered 2 dresses and the quality was so poor I couldn't get myself to even try them on.Secondly, I decided to return items and I was told it will need to be return to China, and I went to post office, I was asked 27 pounds to post them, so I decided not to return and stick with the 50% discount they offered to me to keep the item.Please be careful with this guys.

Do not order from these.

I fell in love with a beautiful coat. It took a few weeks to come. Coat arrived. It was nothing like advertised. It looked more like a hoodie than a coat. I was totally disappointed. What I realised was dealing with 3 outlets. Had to return it and take a 50%loss. Luna Ivy response said no refund for return cost as it was in the terms and conditions. Shocking really when they advertise something totally different to what you get. So no more shopping on websites that I haven't heard of. A hard lesson learned.

ALWAYS READ TERMS ON THESE WEBSITES.

ITEMS LOOK NOTHING LIKE ON THE PICTURES.
YOU WON'T GET WHAT YOU ORDERED AND THEN THEY'LL TRY TO BULLY YOU INTO KEEPING IT FOR 50% OF THE COST OR PAYING THAT IN RETURN COST. SO BACICALY FORCING YOU TO PAY HAF PRICE REGARDLESS, BUT THE ITEMS RECEIVED ARE NO USE.

Ordered a coat wind and water proof but…

Ordered a coat wind and water proof but I've received something that is none of it. I've contacted them and they were very prompt in responding, but instead of accepting my return they offered me 100% card voucher to buy another product. I've ordered another coat, parka, a bigger size, but too big for me when I received it. Now I've got in touch again and I was offered another card voucher of 100% and to order the right size. So now I have 2 coats that I can't use or exchange. The waiting for receiving them was 2 weeks or more. I thought was coming from London but then I saw where came from. The size chart they have doesn't match with the size I have so it's either too small or too big. I am a bit disappointed that I did not received what I was hoping for, but the staff, Jennifer was very prompt and nice in resolving the issues. I give 5 stars to Jennifer for being so nice and prompt in responding my emails and also for finding solutions.

I would not recommend purchasing from…

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Dress is not what it looks like , poor quality & awful colour. Costa £20-£30 to send back to Asia & to offered a gift card. Don’t want a gift card and would like my money back. It’s fraud because this company are not delivering what they advertise.
Customer is also very slow. My advice don’t be fooled by the photos on social media it’s false advertising

I got a dress which was small but the dress was lovely. Got in touch with customer service and they were soo good. They are quick to respond and managed to solve the issue leaving me being a happy and satisfied customer. Well done Ivy Luna

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star rating !
They are based in Asia and the quality is non existent & does not match the images on the website in the slightest!
Absolutely the worse mistake I have made to order inferior trash from a company based in Asian!

I ordered two dresses one of them fitted nicely quality of the dress is lovely. The second dress was very pretty but too small. Unfortunately I am unable to return and order a larger size but they have offered gift voucher instead.

Do not order from this site

Do not order from this dreadful supplier. I ordered a dress from this site as it said Ivy Luna UK and the parcel came with a UK return address on it. The dress was absolutely dreadful. I requested a return and refund. After several emails I was offered a partial refund or return the item to outside the UK at considerable cost. It’s a rip off they offer you up to 50% refund and keep the goods so they are making a lot of money on sub standard goods!

A dreadful company

A dreadful company, item bought was of poor quality, asked if I could send it back, but was told it would cost between £20-£30 as it went back to Asia! They offered a full refund voucher, and said I could keep the top, when I later looked at reviews and saw the problem they were having I asked for a full money refund, they came back with offer of 30% but I pointed out that others had received 50%, they agreed to this, but only if I gave them a 5 star review on this site, I had to do this in order to get my 50% refund, I call this blackmail. I will never order from them again!

Bought two items and wanted to return one only to find it was £26.00 to return to an Asian address, Ivy Luna offered a 10% refund and after lots emails agreed on a 50% refund! Don’t waste your money

I have bought a couple of items from this company and have been very pleased. Bought a lovely cardigan recently. Lovely material and colour but unfortunately it was too small The company have been excellent and is offering me an exchange.

Truly horrific

Truly horrific, avoid at all costs. The dress advertised looked so nice but nothing like the rag I received. The returns process is a nightmare. I am still waiting for my refund after 8 weeks and just get Jennifer telling me they are looking into it! Not holding out any hope. Total scam
