Product ok, colour not as shown on website
Products arrived on time and as described, except for the colour. On the website, the items were listed as bronze and photos showed a bronzed metal surface with metallic texture. What I was delivered were brown coated - not bronze, not metallic, not as shown on the website with no caveat that the colours delivered may differ to shown. Although disappointed on this point, the items are of good quality and still work in my garden.

Totally hassle free..
Totally hassle free. The items I ordered came very quickly unfortunately one came slightly detected, thought it was going to be a huge pain to sort BUT oh no.
Customer service was amazing and totally hassle free, ONE e-mail and they just sent my order to me again next day delivery. No hassle to me at all.
My items are stunning.. very happy customer.

good problem solving…
Initially I was disappointed as the item arrived damaged-the boxing and packing could have been more robust. However, it was replaced immediately without question and arrived 2 days later despite it being Easter.

Not in the best condition
Whilst packaging is eco-friendly (mostly cardboard), the nuts and screws were left floating in the box and easily misplaced.
One of the two products I ordered was not in the best condition, with a few scratches and bent fixings that needed shaping.
