Excellent in every way. When booked the receptionist was extremely helpful. A very different experience from the receptionist at ultrasound plus where I was going originally going to go, who was not at all helpful and made me feel I was bothering her by booking an appointment. Having read the trustpilot reviews for both ultrasound venues, it was an obvious choice to go to International Ultrasound at Lucerne Mews in Notting Hill Gate. Everyone was very friendly and made a difficult situation palatable. The person performing the ultrasound couldn't have been more helpful. A massive 'thank you' to everyone at International Ultrasound.

Friendly and efficient staff, in an accessible location, close to Notting Hill Tube. All of which is icing to the cake of a professional and highly competent scanning service. Highly recommended.

We booked an appointment with International Ultrasound and travelled 1.5 hours to their location, only to find the clinic closed. We had even tried calling beforehand, but no one answered, and their phone lines were closed earlier than the appointment time they had given us. Very disappointing and a complete waste of time and effort.

I had a good experience at the clinic Dr M. Jalaleddin was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and put me at ease. Thank you very much.

I emailed at 7.20pm today (a Sunday) to ask if it would be useful for me to book a repeat ultrasound as a recent NHS one was not very detailed. I did not expect a response until Monday or even Tuesday as it is a bank holiday. I was very surprised to receive a reply from Yianni within half an hour. I was asked for the results of my NHS scan, given a thorough explanation of the findings and told that a repeat scan may not be necessary (so no pressure to book). The final email from him was sent just after 10pm. I absolutely did not expect such a helpful and detailed response and all for free without any booking made or any pressure for me to book. I may still decide to have a repeat scan and if I do I will be booking it here! Very impressed.

I chose this provider for my ultrasound scan because when I called, Beverley was happy to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. So many providers don’t want human interaction and just expect you to book online. I always insist on speaking to someone to get a feel for the place.
I also welcomed the fact that cash payments are accepted as I do not support businesses that push the government’s cashless society agenda. Besides, my card provider does not need to know my medical affairs.
Yianni was patient, kind, compassionate and thorough – qualities that no longer exist within the state-sponsored killing machine known as the National Homicidal Service. It was well-considered and very professional to have a lady member of staff present during the examination. Chatting with her put me at ease while Gianni carried out the scan.
If you are sick and tired of obstructive sociopathic NHS/ private practitioners who treat you like a number on a conveyor belt and are utterly lacking in humanity, I cannot recommend this provider highly enough.
There is nothing they have not considered in terms of making the patient experience as smooth as possible – I appreciated the detailed and excellent directions on how to get there as I am not familiar with the area.
The cost is reasonable and I was able to get an appointment at short notice over the weekend the day before Christmas.
My only constructive feedback is that it would be helpful to note on the website that there are no female practitioners. I am also not a fan of unisex toilets.
Unexpected added bonus: they have one of those slimming effect mirrors in the examination room that makes you look half your size!

Really kind doctor and assistant talked me through a few hints and tips and showed me some lovely things about the growing bean.

Tareq put me at ease, was friendly and engaging. He was very happy to share the US images with me as he did the scanning, and made every effort to explain what he was doing, and seeing on the screen. He seemed to do a very thorough job, and the reports afterwards were clear and concise.

An excellent, affordable and non-judgemental service. The clinic is well located, though you may at first miss the side-street that it is located on. Once you pass the estate agents, it's the first right down the side street unlike on Google Maps, where it directs you round the corner on the first leading street.

I was treated to the highest standard. At first wary about using a clinic like this, I was met by a highly professional, qualified ultrasound specialist who had just finished their shift at a leading hospital. The entire process was reassuring, polite, professional and quick. The payment process was also easy, just pay directly via a small chip and pin in the room itself. No fuss, no hassle and a really pleasant experience all round.

For anyone who is hesitant, I would use this service again.

"Fantastic - Testicular ultrasound scan

Apparently three months ago I had investigations for UTI and had a flexible cystoscopy and ultrasound scan. Cystoscopy did show a suggestive of an enlarge prostate. Around this time, I noted a hard lump in the lower pole of the right testis which could be testicular tumour suggested by the GP. While waiting for the referral, my family members had strongly encouraged me to go to private clinic as this had been causing worry to us for some time. I have then found IUS that an appointment had easily been booked online. As specialty, Yianni was very friendly, helpful and professional and he had assured that the ultrasound scan of the testis was thorough with clearness visuals on screen and complete explanation. As a result, an immediate reports was written with recommendation and the price was reasonably affortable. Excellent service with care - highly recommend and worth every penny. Thank you very much!

Visit included abdominal scan for issue that had been causing worry for some time. As someone who dislikes all things medical, I was somewhat apprehensive. However, Tareq was very friendly and professional, giving reassurance which put me at my ease. The facilities are very modern, clean and the equipment was bang up to date. It was a very reasonable price which included a full, professionally written report and most importantly, the scan put my mind at rest.
I would highly recommend this practice and would certainly use again if the need arose. Worth every penny.
