Absolutely awful. Get in the bin. Play back errors, never saves where you were up to and so you end up trying to fast forward. Full of adverts. Again get in the bin!!!🗑️

This channel is full of affected and broken people. The programmes are mainly for morons who normalise being a moron. That is why the kids are broken. Their so called parents what crap and produce crap kids with mental health issues . Reality programmes have to take responsibility and taken to task . I suppose the producers have produced affected kids too.

If ITVX was an equation X would equal Zero.

Rubbish, buggy, rarely capable of restarting programs, unable to deliver local news stations, the only thing that works consistently are the myriad of Ads, which is clearly where they focused all the site development money.

In these days of some really great streaming services ITVX doesn't even rate as poor.

Trust Pilot, please add a zero star option to your review page for sites like ITVX.

I pay for ITVX and I am really annoyed that their answer to "How do I remove something from the Continue Watching category?" is... to wind it to the end. Ha! As if that was a reasonable response!! It's certainly not beyond their ability to have a "remove from continue watching" button, easily done. Apart from that, they DO advertise occasionally even on a paid plan, they say it's "to bring you content they are contractually obliged..." or somesuch nonsense, look, the customer's expectation of "no adverts" means None. At. All. Get real, you can't hide behind small print without upsetting people. THINK harder and WORK harder for your customers, gimme a remove from continue watching button, asap, and start LISTENING and make an effort.

Constantly kicked off if you dare to pause or rewind. Given up watching programs because of it, iplayer isn't great but would prefer that than itvx

ITVX must be the worst streaming platform of most providers. It’s impossible to stream anything without the picture freezing almost every 2 minutes. Despite doing all the necessary actions to fix it, it doesn’t make the slightest difference. One consolation is that it even freezes during the adverts. Advertiser’s must love them.

Picture quality for the England six nations is absolute rubbish. It’s like watching tv in the 1970s when colour first came onto our screens. GET YOUR FINGER OUT ITV!!!!

If it’s not crashing it’s buffering and when it finally works they shove adverts in between plays of Rugby, have longer ad breaks if you need to show them, just let me watch the bloody game in peace.

Tried to watch the M6N this weekend with a friend online and it really is not worth it, I mean its totally and utterly useless , it constantly drops out freezes and then when it does work it throws up an AD DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Anytime you watch any live TV that's even remotely popular the app is constantly stuttering, blurry and cuts out regularly. It's not my internet, this app is terrible.

Worst app ever don’t use it anymore

I never watched itvx on catch up as its so frustrating. It just stops and then you can't go back to where they kicked you off. There is no resume like other better channels. I only watched it tonight as they had wuthering heights on and i wanted to recap before seeing the film and its happened again. How can other channels do a better job. Channel 4 and 5 and bbc. L

Do NOT pay for this streaming service!!
Takes ages to download, then doesn’t play a series in sequence, forgets which episodes you have watched. Sometimes plays from the beginning of one you have airway watched or skips an episode. Very confusing. You have to watch a bit of the episode to work out if it’s the right one, then when you realise it’s not, you have to watch all the adverts again!!!!!
However the adverts play perfectly!

Very difficult to navigate, virtually impossible to search for what I want. Even then the playback frequently crashes requiring me to log in again spend a long time getting back to where I was. could find no way to download programs unless I paid for premium service, which I am certainly not going to waste money on!

Tried watching something had to turn it off because of the ADS every 5 mins, rubbish and never using itvx again

Recovering from illness, I wanted to immerse myself in nostalgia and watch Morse. I was prepared for ads on start, middle, end even; however, the interruptions were frequent, prolonged, boring, repetitive. So I turned ITVX off and will not be returning. I understand premium has ads, too, not that I'm.paying any more subscriptions for what are after all, repeats. (Or in BBC talk 'another chance to view').

The app that never fails to disappoint. Tonight the whole thing is failing, providing the customer friendly message to please try back later. Astonishing that senior management feels this is acceptable.

I wrote a review 2 1/2 years ago about the poor performance of the ITVX streaming service and nothing has improved in any way at all. Don't they ever read any of the reviews? The fast forward and reverse are so slow, I walked away to make a coffee, and when I returned the program had only fast forwarded 20 minutes.

If I could give it a zero score I would. Can’t watch anything due to the extreme amount and length of adverts. Absolutely awful streaming service and not much worth watching to justify spending money to remove ads. I’ll find something else to watch on other streaming services.
