I have loved Billie since the moment it arrived. I ran into some hardware issues and emailed Normal. My concern was met with understanding and a solution to my problem. I will be receiving a replacement Billie and returning my old one to be recycled. Great product and great customer service.

I had an issue with my toy so I emailed the team. They were so quick to respond and made the return process really simple and easy.
